El Buen Gusto comenzó en el año 2001. En el año 2003 Hugo, Angela y sus hijos llegaron a los Estados Unidos a empezar una nueva vida desde Medellín su Ciudad natal. La familia había tenido 2 restaurantes en la Ciudad de Medellín, al emigrar con su experiencia y en compañía de un socio, compran el Restaurante EL BUEN GUSTO en el año 2004. The food is fantastic here for the price. I went with my bestfriend girlfriend and had the Bandeja Montañera for twenty four. We shared it and were honestly satisfied beyond expectations. The natural juices are actually NATURAL. Customer service wise? Not mindblowing, they could be more engaging, but I’m not mad at them. I highly recommend if you are in the area.

The worst I have ever had. I ordered breakfast for my wife for the first time at this restaurant and the food tastes horrible. We called and spoke to whom supposed to be the owner and explained our dislike and she replied “nothing I can do because the food tasted good to her “and hung up. I will never go there again. Just her rudeness was worst than the food.

I recently visited El Buen Gusto with my partner for a quick breakfast, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, especially given how inexpensive it is. I ordered the huevos en cazuela, which I hadn’t seen in a while, and their arepas. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. We also tried the pandebono and natural juices in water – everything was fantastic. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a tasty and affordable meal.

**Terrible Customer Service**
I recently visited this Colombian restaurant, and I am extremely disappointed with the service. Upon entering, I sat down and waited to be attended. However, no one came to my table. Shortly after, a larger group came in, and the staff attended to them immediately, completely ignoring me. I had to get up and ask for a menu just to be able to place an order. After finally getting the menu, no one came back to take my order.
The lack of attention and professionalism is unacceptable, and it’s clear that the staff needs much better training. While the food might be good, it doesn’t matter if the customer service is subpar. There are plenty of other Colombian restaurants in the area, can’t recommend this place to anyone until they address their customer service issues.

Our server, Diana, was fantastic. You will be treated like family here. The liquids are incredibly refreshing, and the food is great. If you’re seeking for good Colombian food, you really should swing by and eat there.

I have visited four times. All four times the customer service has been lacking. Staff didn’t acknowledge me for a very long time, even with not many customers there. Also, served & greeted others ahead of me. On one occasion, a young man cleaning was the one that noticed I had not been attended to, and got my drink order. Then, he went to the servers to ask why no one had gone over to my table. I ended up walking out without ordering on 2 occasions. The coffee is good.
