Worst customer service I have ever had. Drive thru took forever. Food was cold. Pulled me up for ten minutes, asked why it took so long for a frozen corn dog and they said it takes a long time to cook. All while serving others their meals.

BEST EXPERIENCE YET!! Just look at these portions!!! I couldn’t even finish one!! The gyro platter is an absolute MUST TRY! Their fries are my favorite. Food was hot and fresh as always! I was acting very pleased with how quick the drive thru time was. The staff is always so nice! Their fried mushrooms are the best too. I don’t have a bad thing to say. Everything I’ve had from there is always so good!

We have been picking up our dinners here for over a decade. My favourite’s the Half Slab Ribs, while Hubby loves his Gyros Combo. Recent years, with medical conditions, I switched to Gyros Combos as well. All was perfect, food’s awesome, service awesome, until last weekend. Went to pick up the usual gyros combo for Hubby, his mom was with me, I decided to go for Grilled Chicken with Fried Zucchinis, while my mother-in-law wanted just a plain Chicken Dinner as her tummy wasn’t well that day. The usual sweet lady at the window was not there. Instead, there was a man who seemed unwelcoming and impatient. After we got our food, we went home happy. However, all we got that day was awful. Hubby’s gyros seemed different, my grilled chicken and fried zucchini were tasteless. You know, like cooking food without salt and seasoning, and my mother-in-law got barbecue chicken when we had ordered plain. We had to toss our food away as they were inedible. Especially my sad chicken. It was sadder than hospital food. I was disappointed coz King Gyros was my favourite restaurant. We have been picking up food from here regularly for over a decade, and have recommended it to everyone we know! We are now not so sure if we should go back there again, and that’s pretty heartbreaking as we picked up from here like once or twice a week for years!

Do not let the run down water stained walls and ceiling stop you from trying this hidden jewel. The menu here is huge!!! I can not tell you how anything on the menu is except the gyro plate. It is the only thing I have eaten here in the multiple times I have been here. If the gyro plate is any indication of how the rest of the menu is, you can not go wrong. The reason I get the gyro plate every time I come here is very simple. It truly is one of the best gyros I have ever had! I believe that they make the tzatziki sauce in house and the seasoning they put on the fries is absolutely wonderful.

Cashier was extremely rude rushed me thru my entire order. Food was hot and fresh but had a sour taste to it. From the fries to the wings. Decided not to eat any of my food out of fear of being sick. My chicken gyro was thrown together. My first time at this location, the other is definitely better.
