I really like Tropical Smoothie and when I order in the morning the smoothies are perfect! Smooth, flavorful, and easy to drink.
However, every time I order in the afternoon, the smoothie is completely frozen and so thick I can’t even drink it through the straw. I’m basically sucking air trying to get anything out. It shouldn’t be that hard to drink a smoothie.
The inconsistency is frustrating I just wish the quality was the same throughout the day.

Stopped by here on a road trip. Food was tasty and pretty healthy, great prices, friendly service, clean bathroom, some indoor seating and not too busy (1pm weekend.)
We ordered some wraps and a smoothie. The wraps were basic but tasted good, lots of lettuce but other ingredients too and good portions. For sides we got sweet potatoes and kale apple slaw. The sides were small and the kale wasn’t very good. We also shared a sunrise sunset smoothie, it was a massive portion (literally 100 grams of sugar!) but it tasted good.
Overall a great place, good food and quick service.

I know this location is new, but I would like to see some improvements. I could tell two different people put together my order, both being the chicken pesto flatbread. One was folded in half properly, and the other more like a trifold or flat bottom taco. The cheese was not fully melted on them, so I reheated when I got home. This food was thoroughly inspected prior to eating because of the following… Coming from experience of 20+ years in the restaurant & bar industry, MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT & DISGUST was the employee making my food had shoulder length hair, and it was NOT tied back and had NO hair net, with his hair dangling above my food the entire time he was making it. This employee was on their phone and looked to be picking his nose prior to me walking in (I assume he washed his hands prior to putting on gloves and making food) I left after telling the employee I would like to see him wearing a hairnet next time!

Me and my three year old LOVE the smoothies! The staff are always extremely kind, I’m actually writing this review to praise the staff because we had one of the female members run our order out to the car after catching something missing! She went out of her way and it was extremely helpful after already getting my toddler in the car!
