Usually my favorite pizza (Abby’s Special), but the last few times the quality has been less with tough crust or cool delivery temp. This time it took over an hour and a half for the order to arrive. When I called to verify it was not lost I was flipply informed the driver was “out and about” and would get to me. When the delivery did arrive I had to remind the driver to make change as the tip was already calculated in the order price. The pizza itself was barely luke warm and the outer crust was burnt. Over all disappointing experience and food. For clarity, I did call and supposedly talked to management; that is who fliply said the driver was out and about and would get to me. I fail to see how another call or e-comment is going to correct a lackadaisical on site management and team. But, thank you for you response I appreciate it.

Katie who helped me was awesome! The service was great. Pizza was good but it had ALOT of toppings piled on it. I often go to the Bend location and that has never happened. Next time I will order light toppings. Other than that it was awesome.

Abbys has great tasting pizza and spuds. Their fried chicken is even better. Crispy and juicy! We always try to make a point to stop at an Abbys when we are passing thru. Their Redmond location is small and in need of an update including their kitchen. However, they are never lacking in customers because of this. The staff is usually friendly but customers are usually waiting in line for a while especially on busy weekends. Abbys pizza is on the high end pricing of pizza so keep that in mind.

The place was clean with plenty of parking and seating, which I appreciated. I did a carry-out order, and the service was friendly and efficient. The pizza itself was okay — not bad, but for the price I expected better pizza. I know a lot of people really enjoy Abby’s Pizza, but personally I wasn’t super impressed. Overall, decent experience, just not quite the standout pizza I was hoping for.

This was my first time and I was very pleased, they offer a salad, soda & pizza lunch special and it was all very delicious.
They have videos games, they also have a video gambling room, it was pretty big dining area, looks like it would be great for gatherings.
My pizza was beautiful, it tasted as good as it looked, the crush was crispy & soft the pepperoni were cooked perfectly as well.
The front counter lady was very pleasant.
I will return.

I’m visiting from Illinois, I used to live in Oregon.
Okay, I felt like a pizza to get me through the next couple of days and I thought “why not Abby’s”?
The last time I remember going to Abby’s was 48 years ago. With my then boyfriend, Karl …. . God we are old.
One thing I totally agree with is you can’t go back!
I ordered a salad to eat for lunch while taking my 10″ pizza home for dinner.
The salads are premade…. though I’m sure they were made this morning, I have a problem with this. I felt like I could have gotten it from a vending machine.
I ordered a taco pizza, which of course was never heard of 48 years ago.
They brought it to me in two boxes letting me know I was to finish putting it together when I got home….??? Huh
It was explained that with this type of pizza, others had complained it didn’t stay together for traveling home.
It definitely has me missing pizza back home in Illinois.
I will say the garlic knots are good.
Let’s just say if you’ve got kids or you are a teenager looking for a place to hang with your date, this place is fine.

Update: Im updating this to 3 stars bc the district manager made it right however the experience was still very poor in the restaurant.
I would like to address the situation that occurred tonight at your Redmond, Oregon location. My husband and I went in to order a half cheese / half pepperoni pizza, a 4-piece chicken, and two orders of spuds. The restaurant was not busy, so we decided to have a beer while we waited for our food.
We sat for over an hour watching other customers receive their meals, but ours never came. When we finally went to the counter to check, the employee could not find a ticket for our order and had to ask the kitchen staff. We waited another 30 minutes before checking again, only to be told that no order had ever been placed for us—even though we had already paid $78.
At that point, I asked to cancel the order and requested a refund. The manager, Billy, told me he would not refund our money despite the fact that we had been waiting for over an hour and a half. He claimed the chicken had been sitting ready for 30 minutes and that the pizza would only take another 3–4 minutes, so we just needed to wait. The server at the counter even acknowledged they had made a mistake and shook her head in agreement as Billy stood his ground and refused to take responsibility for the lack of service. By then, the chicken would have been cold, and we were still missing one of the sides we paid for—not to mention the pizza.
This was supposed to be a treat, but instead we were left with no meal, no refund, and completely unprofessional service. When my husband called to speak with someone above Billy, he was told there was no district manager and, when asked for a corporate number, Billy told him to “look it up online” before hanging up on him.
This happened on Sunday, September 28, 2025, around 5 PM—during a very slow time for the restaurant. We are not the type to complain, but being charged for food we never received is unacceptable. The way this situation was handled reflects extremely poorly on your business. Whether this is a corporate-owned or franchise location, we will be sharing our experience in multiple reviews.
Your manager, Billy, demonstrated unprofessional and unacceptable behavior, which explains why the restaurant was so empty tonight.

I think someone dumped the salt Shaker in my order! Had to throw the potatoes in the garbage they were soooo salty. Pizza very salty too and burnt. Won’t do that again!!! Used to love Abbys and decided to treat myself, now my stomach is burning from salt and blood pressure thru the roof.

Abby’s is ALWAYS a favorite, no matter where I am. Pizza with the team after little league games will always be a good memory. Go Cubs.
We got take out from this location, so staff and atmosphere weren’t big factor, but I’ll trust that they’re up to the standard of excellent excellence.
