New update: I had a great lunch experience at Miller’s Ale House. I tried the Prime Burger and it was absolutely delicious-juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The atmosphere during weekday lunch was calm, peaceful, and very relaxing, which made it even more enjoyable.
The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated the overall vibe of the restaurant. I also left a small letter along with some anime-style fan art and appreciation artwork as a way to say thank you and hopefully brighten someone’s day. And few months back I order different steak to-go. Yes, I really love it and I do coming back soon. I not far away that place so I either ride a vehicle or bicycle.

First time in this location. Waitress was quick and efficient. Food was good. Prices on the lunch special were great.

wow, the manager hates Tampa Bay and the Jets. and is proud of it. no game on a whole wall and a half. He wont put it on, just wont. Everyone asked. Avoid this Millers location like the plague, who knows what else this manager is doing in the kitchen. The food pic below is out apps covered with a napkin because it was delivered after our main meal came. Ughhhh. Desperately needs new managment. This guy doesn’t know what he is doing.

The Miller’s Ale House on Donald Ross Road is great. We had a table for 6 of us with very different cravings for dinner and the menu had several options that each of us considered. We all really enjoyed what we ordered and everything was cooked perfectly. I definitely recommend this place if you are a sports fan as there were so many games on, great weekday specials, and something for anyone no matter what they are in the mood for. Our waitress was new but very attentive and the manager came by to make sure everything was good. 2 thumbs up!!

Don’t get the dip sandwich to go! It was soggy, hence -2 stars. Coleslaw…KFC is way better, -1 more star, also I make KFC coleslaw at home. Maybe it’s just me, but it’s hard to go back there. Hubby liked the ribs and fries. Amanda was awesome, she took my order! For $60 not worth it.

This place is a nice ale house compared to others. Nice outdoor seating, boots are in separate area. Service was great. Portions were large. Had the mimis bowl and enjoyed something different than zinger mountain melt

Ryan took great care of us this Sunday evening. He made sure we got a nice prime cut with not too much fat on the steak and made sure we had lemons for our water. Next up coming store manager. I totally recommend the Miller’s Ale House at this Jupiter location. I look forward to my next visit.

My boyfriend and I came here on a Saturday afternoon around 6:30pm. The bar is busy, nearly fully seated, but there were plenty of available tables. We were greeted by friendly faces and were immediately seated at a booth. Our waitress Maddie wasted no time in taking our drink order, and returned within five minutes to bring our drinks and to take the rest of our order.

I ordered the 6oz filet mignon with a vegetable medley and a side of kettle chips. My boyfriend ordered the 6oz sirloin and shrimp with a vegetable medley and a baked potato. After 25 minutes, our food arrives, but our plates are incomplete. I am missing my vegetables, and my boyfriend’s plate had 8 shrimp rather than the 12 that he was supposed to receive. I received the rest of my meal ten minutes later after asking another waitress.

A server took my boyfriend’s vegetable medley away without asking or acknowledging us at all, and he was not finished eating it. We were checked up on by Maddie after 50 minutes to take away our plates. (I suppose the attentive service I’ve heard of for Miller’s is reserved for patrons over 30. It has been a commonality for my boyfriend and I to be overlooked by servers due to our being in our early twenties, and looking even younger.) We then ordered the Ghirardelli chocolate brownie sundae for dessert, which took 15 minutes to arrive.

As for the taste of the food, Miller’s strong point is their proteins. The filet mignon and sirloin were cooked just right. They were juicy, well-seasoned, and tender. It was delicious! Their Zingers are, of course, another dish that deserves its praise. Yet, that is where the good news ends. Unfortunately the vegetable medley was undercooked for me and overcooked for my boyfriend, who received zucchini mush. They could do with a bit of seasoning as well. My kettle chips were inconsistent. Some were raw, some burnt, and there was no flavor to speak of. I will not be ordering them again. My boyfriend’s baked potato was slightly underdone, but he did enjoy it nevertheless. His shrimp were quite flavorless. Overall, seasoning is something Miller’s can use more of.

The dessert, we hoped, would redeem the meal. It did not. Half of the brownie was at room temperature while the other half was the hot brownie we hoped for. Sadly, the whole brownie was dry, only aided by the ice cream which did its best to rehydrate the brownie and make it palatable. Now, the large portion for the price is pretty good, so if you’re looking to please the kiddos and have more to spare, this isn’t a bad choice. I will not be having this dessert again, however.

Was my experience representative of what to expect from an average Miller’s visit, or was this a rare blunder? I will be returning to this location to find out.

P.S. There was a few price discrepancies between the main menu dessert items and the dessert and drink booklet. For example, the brownie was $7.99 in the booklet, but $8.99 in the menu. Nothing major, but something to consider correcting.

This Miller’s location has a large inside bar and a similar size one that has garage doors that can be opened when the weather is nice. This makes it unique. This location is clean and well managed. Also, all the food we have gotten has been amazing. I love the drink specials. However, the best part of our first couple visits was our bartender Hunter. She is very friendly, accommodating, makes awesome drinks, always gets our order right and checks on us no matter how busy it is. We drive twice as far to visit this location in Alton versus the other PBG location because the service is great and we plan on becoming regular customers and hope to see Hunter working here for many many more days ahead!! Keep up the great work!! 🙂

Very nice experience, with our server, Angela, she was great! Food was mostly good, we had 3 appetizers as our lunch, pretzel was very good with mustard and cheese sauce for dipping, loaded fries were very good with ranch for dipping, our 3rd one was the creamy spinach and artichoke dip, very disappointed, thought, and not stated on the menu, it would be baked with cheese on top, and cheese throughout, not al all, barely warm and not baked, poor representation of spinach and artichoke dip, would not get again.
