The service here is outstanding! I work outside and come in regularly during the cold months. The staff has come to know mine and my colleagues regular orders, making service super efficient. Even when there is a long drive thru line, they get our orders completed quickly, and we are in and out. The staff’s attentiveness is clear as a new employee kept trying to add cream to my order when I can’t have dairy, and the regular employee that serves is caught the mistake. Their restrooms are always clean. I would go out of my way to co.e to this location when I am in Michigan City.

I drive further then I need to, to go to the Michigan city dunkin on Franklin. They never mess up my coffee, and Lisa the manager remembers my order before I even finish saying it. They are super friendly and always ask how you are. It definitely makes it worth the extra few min drive.

You’ve got to be kidding me this is triple shot espresso that looks like a single shot in every other Dunkin’ Donuts! Rude service

Employees could be more friendly. I walked in there and had a question and the Employee turned his back on me when I wanted to order so i walked out. And it looks a mess in there. Not many donut options at all. Get your shit together. I miss the old dunkin donuts where they had berry bagels and every donut you can imagine. This new world SUCKS

My daughter went there today to get coffee for herself and my family and they messed up my order so she went inside instead of waiting in the drive thru and they were rude to her even though she had proof that she paid for it. To top it off her boyfriend is diabetic and they put sugar in his drink when there wasn’t supposed to be any. This isn’t the first time you guys have messed up orders do better.

I ordered a mocha frappuccino, the worker got snippy with me and said “We only have frozen coffee” in a sarcastic tone. When I ordered I asked for two pumps of peppermint syrup(for a peppermint mocha kind of drink) and when I got it, half the cup was full of syrup and had the aftertaste of whiskey. The drink was supposed to be sweet, but it was bitter and disgusting. The staff members weren’t paying attention to my drink order at all. This visit was not pleasant, I’ll stick to you going to the Starbucks in the outlet mall, where they won’t mess up my drink. Overall, I would NOT suggest going here.

My advice to anyone visiting this place? Just use the drive-thru. They clearly don’t care about their in person customers. I had to order from a kiosk, indoors, because there was no one taking orders, despite there being at least four employees behind the counter.

One of them kept making this horrendous whistling (?) noise every thirty seconds that sounded like an alarm on some machine.

After using the kiosk to order, I realized i forgot to add some donuts to my order. I assumed it would be easier to just tell one of the people behind the couter that i wanted a few donuts as well, since they were just behind glass and it seemed like it coupd he an easy transaction. So, i waited at the cash register for an employee to acknowledge me. They didn’t.

Once my initial order was produced, they didn’t even hand it to me. Just dropped it and kept moving on the next drive-thru order. Luckily, the person working the drive thru window let them know, they ignored me, so she had to leave her post to bring me my food. I thanked her and asked, “could i order some donuts too or no?” and she said “They’re right there. You’re gonna have to wait a second.” Dear reader, at this point I had been waiting MANY seconds.

After another few minutes, one of the other employees finally asked me what i wanted. I told him my order and he seemed confused when I called “munchkins,” “donut holes.” Sorry i don’t know the vernacular, i guess?

He told me the total, i paid and he walked away. A couple minutes later he returned to tell me, “it’s ready for the card.” i looked at the card reader telling me it was waiting on the merchant. He pushed a few buttons and the order was completed. He handed me the donuts after clarifying a couple times.

The food was fine. I was just thrown by the intentional incompetence. idk whatever, man

OH also, when i walked in, there was a dad there with his toddler and the drive-thru lady was asking him, “Did we forget something?” and he went, “Yeah, the donuts…” Is this not a donut shop? What about procurring donuts from the glass case is so hard for this location?

I am so sick and tired of dealing with the bad attitudes with Dunkins employees. I had a delivery to pick up. The employee asked me to show him the screen. I did. Then said he couldn’t read it. I put it closer. Then he wouldn’t hand me the drink bag. Set on giving me a hard time. One other time I went in their and the manager was going off on me about how I went to the wrong Dunkin. Rude ownership, rude employees. I make it a point to not buy from their.

Always mess up my order. Might be a language barrier issue. They think vanilla cream means custard. Don’t expect vanilla cream in anything even if you order it. Also seem pretty careless about donut placement, just haphazardly thrown in a bag upside down, no tissue. Because who doesn’t love all the frosting sticking to the inside of your bag when you get your donut out.. I’ve also never seen so many mice/rat traps outside such a tiny restaurant
