Most delicious sandwiches! The turkey one could very well be for Thanksgiving and I’d be happy as a clam! Wow The smokehouse also uh-mazing! The meatball one just ok. Super friendly service even though they were slammed at dinner time on Veteran’s Day. What a super generous organization to not only give Veterans a free meal, but to say it is their privilege to serve them!
The parking is always full and can be a pain with all the traffic around. The Vancouver Mall area, but is so worth it.
I forgot how delicious this place is. Highly recommend Firehouse Subs! They’re a great business serving up both delicious food and doing amazing things for our community. Can’t beat that.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but the customer service was non existent. Didn’t expect much but my order was placed at 4:21 for pick up wasn’t ready till 4:50 and staff didn’t try to help only the person on register that was obligated. Good food just work on helping customers.

I made a simple order with 2 of the same sandwiches with 2 toppings different on each and they sent all added ingredients on one sandwich and a cup of soup with one piece of chicken in it. When I called to let them know, not even to have it remade or a refund, they couldn’t even find the order in their POS. They were not professional at all. I will never recommend them again. If I could leave a zero review I would.

So we had ordered 2 sandwiches a drink and chips, online for pick up at 5:45. We arrived a few minutes early and our order. Jacob informed us that our food was not ready and there was 7 tickets in front of us. There was no sorry or an apology for the wait. It took 15+ minutes till our order was ready. I am now wondering why order ahead of time if I still had to wait for my order. According to the receipt on the bag my order will promise is 5:45. Also Zero employees had hair nets or beard covers on, which is a health code violation. When we got our food we got no apology or an offer to grab a bag of chips, a cookie or 2 or anything.

Frickin excellent place with some awesome service and good food. I had a brisket sandwich and it was awesome, I cant understate it enough. You gotta try that brisket sandwich. Don’t recommend for vegetarians though.

My husband tried one while working out of town and wanted me to try it since he was impressed. I got to say that I don’t give full amount of star ratings but if there were more stars to give I would. This is located by the Vancouver Mall. It’s a great use of space. Seating inside and outside is plentiful. All of the counter employees were friendly & welcoming. That it had “Coke” instead of Pepsi products was the icing on the cake. I generally don’t like warm subs but this was amazing…with the wide selection of sandwich choices you can go wrong…The chili was not as good as the “fireman” chill I’ve had before but it was good…The Mac N Cheese was cheesy but needed more spice (not sauce which they had plenty of) and Baked Potato Soup was also disappointing. Overall, we will be back to try more of the “hot” subs

Ordered online for pickup. Specifically clicked NO pickles. Order tag says, NO pickles right on bag. Both subs had pickles, and they were right on top of the subs! Not even hidden under the paper like usual. And is this a BOWL of soup? I wonder how tiny a cup is?
