I went to Taco bell for lunch and I went to go pay, both of my cards we’re not working, Christina was helping me out. she at first gave me a couple discounts to make it cheaper to see if my cards would work, then after finding that the discounts were not working, she completely made it for FREE. This woman gave me food to eat FOR FREE because I was struggling. This is what a good kind person does!! You never know what someone is truly is fight with but earlier at work I had a person yell and me and arguing with over glasses, this had completely ruined the good mood that I was in. The fact that I had someone be do nice and kind to me made me feel so much better. The food was excellent I would recommend this Taco bell over any other one. Thank you fo much Christina you made my day a whole lot better.

Taco Bell what do you mean this is the tomato in my taco WHAT DO YOU MEAAANNN I stop by here every so often late at night on my way home from work. The workers are anywhere from grumpy to semi grumpy. But I am so patient and nice to the employees and tonight is just sad all I wanted was a taco, and I got moldy tomatoes they also gave me a chicken quesadilla instead of a cheese one and I can’t eat CHIICCKKKKEEEENNNNNN

I had previously left a good review but that’s changing now that I spent 25 minutes waiting on a slow Sunday afternoon for my online order. While waiting in the lobby we watched cars come and leave while we weren’t even acknowleded. Once we got someone’s attention they made it fast enough but I guess when you put ASAP on the app it puts you in line behind any orders currently being processed in the drive through. We were in a hurry too

This Taco Bell went downhill fast. We used it for the past year & it was fine. The last month/few weeks have been terrible.
This was all one order. Our potatoes came with THAT much sour cream, & the potatoes you are seeing are all that came with that sour cream…
A bean burrito, PACKED with just onions.
What was supposed to be a fresco black bean chalupa…
& then a cheesy bean & rice burrito. With no cheese/beans/or rice. Just a tortilla with sauce in it.
Disappointing & frustrating spending money on food that you can’t eat.
Other items we didn’t capture pictures of, same deal… things ordered without sour cream had it oozing out of it.
We have had one really nice guy at the window at a late night shift, that was it.
We won’t be visiting this Taco Bell again or likely any other locations.

This was the most disrespectful experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. I waited 20 minutes for simple food, only to be rudely kicked out of my seat while waiting. An employee walked up and said, “The lobby is closed.” We explained we were waiting for our food, and he snapped back, “It doesn’t matter, get up and wait at the front.”
If the lobby was closed, why take our order inside? The place was disgusting—filthy floors, dirty tables, just gross. Completely unacceptable. Management needs to fix their attitude and their restaurant.
Wouldn’t come back if you paid me.

I like to order their chicken and enchilada burrito. $2.69 because they don’t have chicken burritos like they used to years ago.
But, I don’t like having the fillers put in there like the rice, red sauce, and sour cream.
I just like having chicken and cheese. I wouldn’t waste your time on this because it’s pretty skimpy. If you want more to actually look like a burrito , it costs you an additional $1.50
This location has really gone downhill with the food quality, service and cleanliness of the restaurant.
The floor is usually dirty as well as the tops of your tables. And the bathrooms are always filthy.
Obviously, this new heavy set male manager with the gray beard, nose ring, and ear gauges could care less about the customers’ concerns.

While we were clearing up our table and leaving, I look over and see an employee sweeping the floor with a broom and dust pan. No biggie. I look over a moment later and he’s sweeping a table top with said broom. Not using a cloth rag. A broom. The same broom that he just used to sweep the floor. Helloooo Health Dept.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. I gave up on this location years ago. But I tried it again despite that. I thought maybe they’d improved. I was wrong. My Tacos were soggy and terrible. $4 for a taco that is almost empty and wet is terrible. My drink was also, just carbonated water. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.
