Walked in to get a sandwich for lunch during break, got in line with one customer in front already getting cashed out with their food, then in comes someone I guess the employees knew and they start making his sandwich as he gets in front of me. Not to mention there was a hair in my food when I went to eat the other half of my sub. Not going back. Usually they’ve been good, but not after how they seem to prioritize other customers regardless of who’s in line first based of who you know..

I have given this restaurant over a week to respond to our request for reimbursement after being overcharged for a 6 inch sub combo. We were charged for multiple meats that were part of the sandwich we ordered. I didn’t even realize this until we left, and I could not believe all the side charges.
It got very confusing at the register because the employee working the check out did not ring up a combo, even thought he seemed to acknowledge (with a nod and by seeing that my son had chips) that is what we ordered. I ended up having to purchase a drink separately for my son. These were not the only issues we experienced that day, and I had hoped to be able to speak to the manager to provide feedback on the other concerns from our visit. Unfortunately, they have not reached out to us.
In the end, this establishment really only owes us back about $4-$5. Even with the additional concerns from the visit, we were only asking for reimbursement on what we were overcharged. It’s disappointing that this is apparently too much to ask. While we won’t be returning here, we will continue to support other local RH businesses that take care of their customers.

I had an excellent experience at this location this evening. I got there close to closing to begin with, and then of course had to order something that they couldn’t make. I expected them to be aggravated with me, however, Maria was a champ. She was smiley and personable, going out of her way to make me happy. Normally towards closing, employees in general can be standoffish and try to rush you out of there. Not Maria. She worked hard to accommodate my request and everything was great. Great customer service and very professional. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be back!!

I Do Not Recommend ordering from this Subway. They don’t accept coupons for one. Secondly, I ordered a sub that was $8.29 plus tax & no combo & was given a total of $11.53, when I questioned it I was told they had new pricing & the guy pointed to the menu pricing for double meat & cheese, I didn’t order double meat or cheese. I told them they could keep the sub & I started walking out, suddenly I was told I could get the sub for the original $8.29 price. The couple in front of me questioned their total as well but ended up paying anyway, I’m sure they overcharged them as well. It’s 2 miles from my home & I will never go back.

They charged us for two subs that we did not order. We asked about this, and they told us they don’t have the subs we ordered. (Even tho they didn’t say anything when we placed the order) We pointed out that our subs were on the menu right behind them. They then just ignored us. We asked for money back and the employee began yelling at us

The sitting area was very clean, and quiet. The way in which a shy girl named Elizabeth handled the transaction was quick and professional. she also made polite small talk, and was very kind. tge sandwich was up to my standards, and delicious.

Ordered on Uber eats and had two people go to pick up the order well before closing, by the time the second person went to get it, subway had canceled the order for seemingly no reason. We called (during business hours) and got no answer. I’ve worked fast food for a long time and I don’t appreciate the lack of work ethic, since all they had to do was have the order ready for pickup but they didn’t seem to want to.
