Sadie was awesome! She was the only one working when I came in with some friends and there were quite a few people ahead of us. We had a wait but she very professional and super friendly even though there was a lot going on. Sadie really made the experience worthwhile. Thanks for the great experience!

Super friendly staff willing to customize your pizza to your full hearts desire. If you want 5x of a certain topping, they are willing to do it with a smile. Well trained staff who are efficient.
In my last visit, many loud high schoolers came in and started messing with tables and making a mess while waiting for their pizzas to cook. I really appreciated the supervisor calmly and kindly (without being asked by anyone) for them to bring down the ruckus levels or to just step outside while they waited. It really felt like she de-escalated a potential problem before it even developed. Props to her!

The staff was amazing even though there was only one girl working, she was very kind and attentive. The cauliflower crust was great and the pizza was filling.

When I arrived I told them I was there to pick my wife’s pizza. They said it was in the oven. I waited for ever. The hi told them that I’ve watched all the pizzas go out since I got there and no pizza. They checked and then said oh we have to make it. Took a total of 45 from the time my wife ordered. And then not even an apology.
Last time I spend my money with them!

If Nate wasn’t there tonight, I would give a much lower rating. The ladies customer service skills in there tonight we’re lacking! Perhaps customer service not her strongest skill. Nate is the best He’s very kind. Nate should be manager! Thanks for your great customer service and friendly personality Nate! I really appreciate you putting gloves on to get the food for us tonight. You was busy, busy and took time to stop and put your gloves on before you touched the food. I noticed that and noticed that you are very kind. I appreciate you! Nate you’re amazing!. …. I went to MOD Pizza tonight November 4. A really nice manager was there and another team member who was very kind. I dreaded going tonight because of the ladies rude customer service last visit but I’m so glad I did because that lady wasn’t there but a manager was and she had great customer service skills! Thank you my pizza!

This was on 12/30/25. We were in the restaurant for half an hour and for that entire half hour one employee was talking on her personal cell phone. I went up to the register to ask for something and she didn’t even notice me at first cause she was still on her phone. Employees should also be wearing gloves whenever they touch the food. Making the pizza with gloves the taking them off and putting the pizza in the oven without gloves defeats the whole purpose of wearing them. All the employees were also talking badly about their coworkers. Overall not the most pleasant experience

I gotta say I go here for my gluten free dairy free pizza. I always try to get the same person to do my pizza and I forget her name she has really long black hair and she makes my pizza great, im picky because if the sauce isnt fully covering the crust the pizza becomes a cracker, so she makes it great. However a few nights ago someone else was there and this girl had long blondish hair and she said she has only been there for 3 weeks. It was 940pm and she made our pizzas. She made it exactly like I wanted to perfection. I think her supervisor thought she was making them slow cause they kept asking her if she needed help or if she was okay but she did amazing. She even cooked them perfect. It was actually the best pizza I ever had there. I wish I could have my pizza cooked exactly like that again. Normally it’s a little to crispy but she made it perfect. I forgot to take a before picture. I got to excited to start eating it.

Always excellent service, even when there’s only 2 employees working on a Saturday night. They do their best to keep up with everyone and the online orders. They need help, but they’re amazing! Food is always delicious!

Usually I have zero complaints about this place but that’s not the story this time. As we were ordering a “regular” showed up behind us and for whatever reason got special treatment and his pizza made immediately while we waited for our second pizza to be made. Then we had to remind the cashier about our salads they had already forgotten about. It doesn’t stop there. We then watched for the next 30+ minutes as pizzas were mixed up and the employees seemed confused. Other customers waited long enough they had to change their order to go after the first pizzas were messed up. The mess behind the counter continued to build. Floors were dirty, tables in the dining area were messy and hasn’t been wiped down in who knows how long, and the pizza cutting station was as unorganized as it gets. Pizza on several locations not being cut and seemingly forgotten. Our pizzas were both taken out and placed on the counter. One of which was plated and almost handed to another customer. They sat on that counter for about 10 minutes. Finally after 45 minutes, our salads were done and we were called to come get them. We then had to point out which pizzas were ours. The regular from before at this point was almost done eating. Barely to the car and the pizzas were already room temp and definitely cold before we got home. Then to top it off they were barely cut and almost had to be torn apart to eat. Horrible experience

I really love coming to Mod pizza. Their food is amazing, and a great price. Sometimes though they have an employee working on building their pizzas and salads that is extremely extremely slow. She takes about 5+ minutes to sit and meticulously place every piece of cheese or olive on the pizza. I have stood in line for 20+ minutes behind only three people. The other employees are great and very efficient putting toppings on orders in less than a minute. It is quite frustrating sometimes.
