I am giving it 5 stars because of what it is. Subway is chain of restaurants where you can decide how to make your sandwich. This is what they are known for, and they do it well for the price and clientele that they target. This subway has always been great but tonight when I went in with my step dad it was less than up to par, the young gentleman was great but the young brunette girl, I believe her name is Delilah did absolutely terrible. She loaded toppings on there, and even though I asked for light sauce she just went crazy with it, pretty much ruining my sandwich. And then on top of that she couldn’t even wrap it up the traditional subway way. Please train this girl better before putting her on the floor like this

This subway is actually pretty decent that made my sandwich quickly and just The way I like it and personally to me it really seems like they properly maintain their food and store it properly. I have had great service every time I have gone in there and the employees there do a wonderful job.

This subway is constantly taking online ordering offline so they don’t have to honor coupons or rewards points. You call and they tell you their internet is down. If that was the case your register and card readers would be down. Maybe look into better internet. This happens almost every time there is a footlong deal. They are always out of food items as well. Whatever it is. It needs to be corrected before you lose all your business.

Wow is all I can say. I was ordering sandwiches for a team of wrestlers. Online ordering was down to start with so I went early to avoid the noon rush. Ordered 5 sandwiches and told them to make whatever was easy. They asked me what bread and I said wheat and I Immediately heard a voice from the back saying that they were out and they were trying to make more bread. No big deal. I’ll just get whatever bread you have available. Also ordered a churro for myself when the five sandwiches were done the card reader wouldn’t work. I tried 3 different cards and also Apple Pay then I was told that I had to go to the ATM to get cash understandable again. The churro that I ordered was so stale and old I had to spit it out. Not a great experience with rude employees and stale food.

So went in one day closer to close & a guy had a hot oven spraying some cleaning chemical into it, it was so toxic I choked!! I complained about the horrible fumes to the woman worker who was very polite and respectful as i was coughing and eyes literally crying from fumes…she apologized to me offered me water & pushed open the door for air while i was trying to get my breath back. The veggies were so awful looking I didn’t get any…not the 1st time, they look highly unappealing btw…the bread was stale!! The sandwich was tuna my tuna was ruined by the bread being stale & because of the look of veggies I couldn’t add my spinach and olives…plus I swear them fumes had my sandwich tasting like it!! Do better subway!! You are 1 of the healthy fast food options!! There is a cute skinny brunette that works/worked there she was so awesome without her I might have had a complete 1 star review all threw but she was so friendly and respectful and amazing!! So because of this woman you got 2 stars

Subway changed their counter so you can not see how skimpy the sandwiches have become. I ordered a #2 outlaw steak sandwich. I ordered it deluxe with 50% more meat. HA! There was barely enough meat to cover one side of the bread. The board says 2x cheese but there was only one thin layer. I used to be a regular but now I go 20 miles further to Jimmy John’s when I crave a sandwich. The employees here were courteous and friendly.

I put in an online order at 5:35, said it was ready for pickup at 5:55. It was not ready. It’s now 6:20 and I am still waiting for 1 foot long. I remember getting Subway for the last 25 years and all the employees have definitely slowed down in the last 4 years. They move like molasses. I put in an online order because of how slow it takes and to also get the coupon codes. This is the 2nd time my order hasn’t been ready when it said it would be. Of course I tipped ahead of time, I’m done doing that!

We were greeted by all employees with a smile, courtesy & energetic ambiance. Victoria made our “ all American “ sandwich & she was so courteous, on point & such a delight!! She made our sandwich perfect!! This stre & employees are the best!! Thank you Victoria & team!!
