I decided to eat here for dinner after starving all day long…I ordered the Lasagna that came with the salad and garlic bread and tea (if you want the combo). It’s around 14$.. I was just so excited to satiate my hunger. I get home and commence to tearing into the dish only to find very thick, very dry, very unappealing lasagna!! This lasagna is so dry and thick that after a few bites I can’t even bear to eat any more. The layer of cheese on it is super thin. It’s like the sauce is almost non existent. This isn’t my first time eating here, so needless to say this isn’t what I expected and I’m very very disappointed! I’m STILL HUNGRY 17$ later. (Tip) the portion is awesome for the price point, but they missed the mark with this one.

Horrible service, horrible food. I was told the owner would call me and I never received that call back. I waited at the counter for almost 10 minutes for someone to ask me if I had even be helped. I waited over 30 minutes for 2 kids meals that I was told would be in 2 minutes. The food was so bad my kids spit it out and I really couldn’t blame them after I tried their meals. Shredded cheese on garlic bread is not a grilled cheese sandwich. Not only that, but the order I was originally there for wasn’t even right. Chicken Alfredo is not a pizza. I’m curious how an order with 2 items in it could even be messed up. Regardless, I couldn’t even get a courtesy call back after I called to tell them all this so here we are reviewing instead. I won’t be coming back to this place again nor will I recommend it to anyone. I would rather feed my kids Costco pizza. At least that has some flavor and they don’t mess up an order.

Ok we ate here Sunday Nov 16. The pizza was amazing. But it was about 1:00 we got a table over near the window. The sun was so bright that we had to wear sunglasses to even see each other it was also hot. Something needs to definitely be done invest in shades are darken the windows are something it was awful to sit there. I don’t understand why there is shades on the front windows but not the side where the sun is. That made the experience bad. Please do something about it.

Food tasted very good! My sandwich was a big portion and mostly everything felt fresh. Although some ingredients, like the chicken, felt like I was eating in Subway, everything was good flavor wise.

Oh wow!!! Screaming good BLT! The best I’ve ever had! Fresh baked bread that was so light, simply exquisite!!!
Bellacino’s has a great menu variety. So good it’s hard to decide what to eat.
Food is fresh, service quick, prices are excellent and staff very friendly.

A couple of ppl raved about the food and prices, so dined in one Sunday. Food was good, dining in was as expected, but the staff behind counter is terribly rude. Second time we decided to get calzones there but for takeout. Woman got order wrong, and didn’t give us marinara sauce. When we asked for it, she basically implied we hadn’t paid for it. It was awkward, and we were overly nice and forgiving. Third time, we got more calzones with pizza and kids spaghetti, woman didn’t get our order correct, and got so rude when we asked for the rest of our order. Again, we were met with attitude. Food and prices are good, but not worth the headache. We will not be going back.

Delicious food. I had the Bellacino Bayou half grinder. The bread was great. The ingredients was fresh and blended together for a great taste. Definitely a repeat and well worth my hour drive.

Stopped in here Saturday for lunch and decided to try the hot corned beef grinder. Loved the toppings but would like to see more corned beef on the sandwich. Overall it was good and with more meat, definitely worth the $9 for a half sandwich.

Average food for expensive prices. I informed the young man working the lobby of a spill on the table and carpet, the table was wiped but the floor remained wet with soda. Portion sizes were not great for the prices. Probably will not return.
