I absolutely LOVE the staff at the Zaxby’s location on 3872 Trenton Rd. in Clarksville. They are always so friendly and accommodating to my son and I especially Kamiya and Cy. They are wonderful. The food at this location is also ABSOLUTELY delicious. My son and both have autism and are very picky eaters, but we stop by almost everyday for their scrumptious traditional wings meal tossed in BBQ sauce, chicken fingers, fries and sweet tea!! The cookies are also soooo good. Great food and great customer service. I highly recommend.

Great food, would have been perfect place to eat had not the manager not been disciplining a employee in front of everyone eating. There is a time and place for this. It wasn’t that he was tying to been seen his voice carried so everyone could hear everything he was saying, should not have had to experience that. But food, service, sweet tea was excellent ( please don’t ever go to fountain tea it’s awful) building and parking lot was great. This was our
first time eating at Zaxbys I will definitely try other stores because of this one.

Gentlemen named Taylor had amazing customer service. He was very well mannered and nice and made sure that everything was properly right in my bag including my sauce and utensils. Taylor also showed great hospitality by telling me to have a blessed day.

Horrible service and immature staff. This location has too many children employed and it is noticeable in the lack of service. I watched a customer wait over 10 minutes in the lobby for an order of FRIES. Literally, one order of fries. And it was only after she inquired about it were they made for her. The entire time they were focused on making door dash/to go orders rather than the orders inside. Additionally, we waited over 25 minutes for an order and there were only two people in the dining area. The manager never bothered coming t9 inquire about the issue. It was only when we requested a refund that our food was issued. The employees were preparing to close and clean up for the night at 7:30 instead of taking care of the customers. The resturant does not close until 9pm. If you’re looking for a resturant, this is NOT it

I order from this Zaxbys on DoorDash all of the time. However, they can never seem to get the order even remotely right. We are always missing items , getting wrong items, and I NEVER get the extra sauce that I pay extra for. I just ordered again today hoping they would get it right, because I do love Zaxbys. But they completely left out my son’s meal, gave us something we didn’t order and didn’t give me the sauce I paid extra for. Instead gave me useless strawberry sauce. I’m absolutely done ordering from them.

The last two times we’ve ordered curbside we’ve checked in and waited for our food to come out. We’ve called and asked for our food after 15 min and then give up and go inside after another 5 minutes because they never bring it out.

Cold is always cold and chicken is stiff like it’s been sitting under a warmer past 4 hours. Fries are never fresh, and always taste like they’re not cooked through.
