I love this place. Long John Silvers seems to be winding down as a restaurant. I really hope it isn’t. This place keeps the memories alive. Great food, just as good as 40 years ago, and wonderful, friendly people. Also perfect efficiency and the order is always right and fresh. Just Perfect.

Picking up a Christmas present, a little lady loves it and there isn’t any in NC where we live, she wished for it. The person who took my order was great and personable. The food was scrumptious, she LOVED it. I had requested lots of crispies, and she had stressed it to the cook, there weren’t hardly any. The little lady loved her Christmas present, though she wished there had been more crispies.

Fryer went down, waited 30 minutes on meal and got food and almost broke my tooth biting into in. I could have conked somebody over the head with it. Lol
The fish was shriveled up inside to because it was so hard on the outside.

I got a 3 piece chicken and 2 fish through the drive thru and ask for extra ketchup and was informed that they were only allowed to give me 3 tarter sauce and 2 ketchup for my order and I replied are you kidding me and her response was no and if I wanted extra condiments there would be a charge ,well if your business is that bad your in trouble and I will take my business elsewhere.

Past few times i have come in to eat it has been way to hot, i finally asked why and was told the AC is broken and there are no plans of fixing it. I was told its been messed up for awhile now and still no one has fixed it. Long johns doesnt care about its employees or the people who come in to eat. I dont think i will be back to this long johns, I come to eat to get out of the heat not be in it. Get it together.

First of all this location is very clean even the restroom. As I entered I was greeted with a smile and hello. As you can see in the photo perfection on a plate. It didn’t take very long at all. Totally what you should expect. Obviously this location has a manager that is worth something.

Go to the one across town, it’s near a 100% that no matter how many cars are in line you’ll be forced to wait twenty minutes or more. And God help you if you order online. I ordered the salmon online, they didn’t have any, you have to submit a survey to attempt to get a refund… And you never will. Or, at least, I’m still waiting three weeks later with no communication.
