This was one of the more impressive Panera Bread cafes that I have been to. The restaurant was clean, well organized, and the service was super friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and tasty. I had the cream of broccoli soup to start. It was mild, with just the right amount of flavor. I followed that up with the French Dipper. The roast beef was tender and flavorful and the bread was fresh and crunchy. I was very pleased with my dining experience.

While I love Panera’s Mac and Cheese I simply cannot justify the fact that I just spent $15 almost $16 on a large mac and cheese and a regular size soda. I haven’t visited Panera in years for this reason because it’s just too much money, but I am severely disappointed and shocked when I left the drive thru that – that is how much I spent. Literally 2 things!! I won’t be visiting again, not worth the price.

Average Panera bread. Good location with convenient parking. I did not have small change, but the counter staff were accommodating, went out of their way to get change from their colleagues. Thumbs up for service!

I’m done giving Panera chances. Almost every time I order, they forget food items a sandwich missing ingredients, a side not included, or something I paid for just not in the bag. It’s beyond frustrating to sit down ready to eat and realize part of the meal is missing.
If you’re going to charge premium prices, the order should at least be complete.

The lady taking payment at the drive thru window at 6p on new years eve forgot to give spoons with our two bowls of soup …. Inconvenient, and irritating because that’s after spending $20 on two bowls of soup (welcome to 2025, or 2026 in a few hours).
Side note, the receipt said cashiers name was Kevin but not sure if the receipt was referring to drive thru or cashier indoors.

I must be one of the very few folks who never ordered from a Panera Bread restaurant since they went to using iPads for all their ordering! I was astonished st how easy it was to place my lunch order snd how fast it was to pick up my salad, latte and delicious chocolate chip cookie! And everything I ate was delicious and reasonably priced.

Panera bread where you pay diner prices yet order for yourself…serve yourself….clean up after yourself. The bathrooms a mess and this stellar example of a staff member spent the 45 minutes I was there on a FaceTime call in and outside while vaping. Charge fast food prices because everything here, including the mess and the service is basically fast food level

We ordered a Panini, asiago bagel, and a Mac and cheese entree, which arrived at the right temperature and tasted very good. The staff was helpful and friendly, and there was plenty of seating even though it was peak lunch time.
