Charles is the rudest grinch I have ever met in Iowa. He act as if he didn’t want to take my order and as if I was a bothering him. He gave me ice coffee with stuff floating in it and it wasn’t from the coffee. I’m sure the managers already know who they hired so there isn’t any need to talk to them. Corporate need to be involved. This is unacceptable.

For me it’s all about the Customer Service. If you’re served with great presents. This will keep you coming back. With this being said, I want to commend Neva on her Customer Service. No matter how busy she is. She always greets the customer with a smile, and makes sure the customer is satisfied before leaving. We can’t blame the food on the staff because most of the product is pre-made. Great job Neva

I’m missing the hype but I think it’s highly overrated. We had chocolate and red velvet cake. It was so dry like it’d been sitting for several days. The hash brown triangles had a weird metallic after taste. We also had personal pizza and the cheese was barely melted. I’m saying still seeing perfect shreds. Definitely not worth $50. Oh and the menu on the website is not accurate. No mini donuts no bagel bites etc.
