THE best birria in town! been coming to Alvaro and his team since the very beginning nearly 3 years ago, and the food has only gotten better. the queso tacos with connsomé are legendary and we love impressing out of town friends with them. there’s always a spread of fresh salsas and accouterments. check Birria Master’s IG @BirriaMaster for hours and specials (they’ll occasionally experiment with different meats and offerings such as lingua, seafood tostadas). plenty of family style seating as well as parking in the lot and street parking.

I’m a bit of a taco snob and these birria tacos were amazing. Got the meal of 3 tacos with consume and a soda (reasonable price) and was blown away with how good it was. They have seating and heating as well so we ate there. Was a great atmosphere

Loved the Taco Burris at this location especially the “lengua”. Late night food stop in Pasadena, California.
One man modified truck stand by the road side on a lot.
Staff were very friendly. Drinks and water sold separately. Community table with friendly people.
Food was delicious, tender and vegetables fresh.
Will definitely stop by again and highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Alvaro and his team!! We were looking for a taco truck to cater our wedding and a friend recommended Birria Master. They were so professional, friendly, and served some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. So many of our guests also raved about the food! Seriously, these guys are the real deal and I highly recommend them.

Finally a legit birria tacos shop in the San Gabriel valley. The consume and queso tacos are rich in flavor, salsa is spicy (see taco) and the service is excellent! The birria queso taco combination includes 3 queso tacos, consume, and a small aqua fresca! I had the tamarindo and it was great.

I wanted to try a good ramen place. When I got here It looks good. But there’s no prices. They have an ig but there’s no prices for any of it. We asked for the total and it looked like they were just adding numbers. Order come up to more than 50 for 2 dish and 2 drinks. Although the food was okay, I ordered a ramen dish and a quesataco dish. Shouldn’t it be a bit cheaper than an actual ramen place, Or Mexican place? I’m just saying. I think ill look around for a better place That won’t want to rip you off for some birria. I think it’s a minor adjustment to add prices then maybe I’d feel up for it. I did notice a car come in to grab some food but she turned around and left. Maybe she didn’t see prices? who knows why she left. .. but at least I tried the food, and it may be a very long while before I come back. I’ll have to look online for prices tho. Can’t really say a dish was a certain price. And in doing reviews, I consider prices. It’s a small factor that makes a difference. But anyhow. It’s up to you if you want to try it.

OMG! My family and I truly loved eating delicious quesobirria tacos at Birria Master. My child is a picky eater but absolutely loved their tacos. We are definitely returning and recommending Birria Master to family and friends.
