I ordered the thanksgiving feast meal and it was such a hit that my step daughter (24) asked if it could be a tradition. It made so so happy! It was worth every penny! It was really affordable considering the time it saved me. I actually got to spend the day with the family instead of slaving away in the kitchen. Everything tasted wonderful and there was plenty left overs to send home with everyone. I would highly recommend.

My son had a two-piece combo for $11.89 and I had a Famous Bowl combo for $8.99. We go sit to eat next to a sign that says you can get a two-piece combo for $7, and a Famous Bowl combo for $7, and you get pie poppers. I go ask the cashier about it and she says you have to ask for the “fill up” to get the deal. I ask for a manager who confirms what the cashier said.
This left a bad taste in my mouth. If you have a deal, why wouldn’t you want your customer to know about it? And if your customer finds out about the deal after the sale, why wouldn’t you make it right? Is it just because you wanted to extract $6.88 in extra profit for me? That’s the only reason I can think of.

I placed a pickup order at KFC through the DoorDash app and started heading to the restaurant. I get there at the perfect time that it states it’s ready. Pull thru the drive through asking for my pickup order and they make me pull out front. All is fine until 8 min go buy and someone is walking my order to my car for me. I roll my window down and I’m handed two LARGE bags of food and the person walks away. My boyfriend and I look in the bags and it’s not our order at all, it was like a 5 person family’s order. My boyfriend brings the bagged food back inside and tells them it’s not our order. The employee then asks for our name and walks away. The employee comes back 5 min later and asks for the order name AGAIN! Then another 5 min later we get our correct order. We park and start to open our food. I noticed I was missing and item and mentioned it to our boyfriend as he was just pulling out his food. Then BAM! His box of food falls right through the bottom because it was not shut or secured properly and was done lazy. Chicken wings/crumbs are EVERYWHERE on his pants and my car seats/floors. At this point we are not happy and he takes pictures of what happened and goes inside the store to show them and get my missing item. My boyfriend starts explaining what happened to them and the employee interrupts him twice saying what is the exact item to remake AS HE IS EXPLAINING IT TO THEM. As my boyfriend is waiting for the remade food three employees are in the corner talking shit saying “I’m glad the food fell in your car” PS. He was polite when he went inside to explain what happened he was not rude in anyway he just wanted his food remade because it fell and the box wasn’t put together correctly. KFC in Mount Vernon, you suck! It’s not hard to be nice & apologies when a mistake happens. But also it makes sense why you 3 three works work there with the horrible attitude and personality you guys all have! You know who you are.

2 PC meal and famous bowl. It was disgusting. Everything tasted like it had been made over an hour previous and sat under a heat lamp. I do not like confrontation so I just got a to go bag and took it home to my husband who wound up just throwing it out.

This is the worst KFC i’ve ever been to in my life. The chicken was horrible I had to throw it out when I came back home, it tasted like it was made days ago. The employees were saying a lot of bad stuff out loud like it was a party not work and I had to listen to everything. I was disappointed when I ordered a chicken sandwich and said ” not spicy ” and still got a spicy chicken sandwich, so I did the right thing, went up and told one of the employees that I got a spicy chicken sandwich and he looked like he didn’t want to help or deal with me at all. I decided to get some ice cream after my meal. I received the ice cream and a second passes by and the ice cream falls off my cone, it sounds like they didn’t freeze the ice cream well and so I was more disappointed after that. Never coming back here again. They need to take care and be more responsible because this all was unacceptable. I even overheard how they all just don’t wanna be here and wanting to dip. If you don’t like making sure the chicken is fresh and getting the customer exactly what they ordered then good news for you! You don’t have to work at a job you hate.

Didn’t really care for the chicken pizza sauce. I saw the commercials, looked great, and said I must try this! The root beer was great. Fries were good. Service was good.

Food and beverages were good. There was a special family offer which we took it. Plenty tables, stools and sitting area to have your meal inside. Staff should be more frindly. Parking is free and there is a drive thru as well. Just few min deice off the I-5.

Not been to a Kentucky fried chicken for some time. But rather surprised to see the meals seem better than I recall. Just got a bucket of chicken and sides. Very good crispy chicken and the sides were perfect. In a $10 bucket you get plenty to eat and it really is enough for two meals.

We came through the drive through tonight and the service was Terrible!! The girl at the window was extremely rude! When we asked her a question, she said I don’t know and then slammed the window, what kind of customer service is that? And to top that off she didn’t even get our order correct we still had to go in and deal with extremely rude people! The manager rude! All the side workers also rude, we definitely won’t be coming back,
