My large family, all over the country but with ties to Pontiac, assembled today in Pontiac for a family event. We couldn’t decide where to order pizza from so we decided to order from several local places and try them out. One of the places we chose was Marchelloni.
When we picked up the pizzas, the place smelled delicious and the staff were very friendly. We noticed a very small discrepancy in the large order, and when the discrepancy was realized the team bent over backward to fix the issue, without hesitation. I was impressed by that. Everything about the place signaled a genuine team committed to providing something they are proud of. I really appreciate that. I’ll definitely be back.
Oh…and a majority of the family chose Marchelloni as their favorite of the several places we ordered from :).

The food was terrible… pizza isn’t about just throwing topping on a crust and baking it. Uniform toppings and consistent cooking all the way through is important.

Very good pizza. Employees working were great to talk to while I waited on a Friday night. I ordered just 2 minutes before getting there.

Delivery took too long, which caused a lot of unnecessary issues and drama. I thought it would be a nice Friday night dinner. Plus didn’t get everything I had ordered. Cost a lot for not getting all ordered. Restaurants are not what they used to be.

I think I’ve tried just about every pizza place in town. I’m what I would call a pizza connoisseur and I love Marchelloni’s in Pontiac more than any other pizza place out there.
The ingredients taste fresh, the large pizza is enough to last my wife and I for two dinners and this is the kind of pizza that heats up just as well as when it was first made. Personally, I recommend ordering a large supreme.
I also really like the staff. The location itself isn’t much to look at, but it gets the job done. Plus, the staff are quick to answer the phone and they give you your total when you’re done with your order, unlike some places that only give you the total once you show up.
Yeah, you gotta be willing to pick up the pizza, which may be a turn off to some, but you gotta work for something truly great right?

Food is absolutely delicious, staff is well mannered, and deliveries always come hot!! I would recommend this to anybody, especially because they don’t only sell pizza, they sell wings, nachos, sandwiches, and much more!! 10/10!!

Besides being over charged for a Tuesday Special Pizza, was over charged for Cheese. Requested No It. Sausage and that the Crust not be overly done.. ended up with Ilt. Sausagei and…it was over cooked!!!! Never ordering again. Used to order at least twice a month.. Nope not anymore
