As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I’m super sick from my meal. It’s twelve hours after the meal and I feel super sick like I have food poisoning. See the photos. The breaded chicken in my sandwich was completely burnt. The sandwich disintegrated when I picked it up. The bun fell completely apart. The Brookie brownie was so hard that I put a 25 lb weight on it when I got home and it didn’t squish it in the slightest. The terrible taste of the food is nothing compared to how sick I felt last night and this morning.

Yet another time that this location has shorted me food. These people are incompetent. They don’t answer phones probably because they would have to be in the building instead of out smoking in the parking lot. Make sure you check items that are to be made a certain way and that everything is there before you leave because they get rude and refuse to fix their mess ups. I asked my boyfriend to pick up the missing item to avoid taking my toddlers back out and they refused with proof of purchase because they didn’t recognize him. My order wasn’t complicated. This place doesn’t take anything serious. I paid extra for a tomato and they was petty enough to give me a dollar coin size tomato. Not to mention I waited 15- 20 mins with one person at the drive thru window. I dont recommend going late at night. They are a joke!
