I ordered a sushi roll, gyoza, and the spicy ramen bowl. The food was excellent both in flavor and presentation, and the service was friendly and prompt. My only critique is that the portion sizes felt a bit small for the price. At first, I thought my ramen didn’t have any meat since it was ground up and settled at the bottom of the bowl. Even after stirring, it wasn’t very noticeable. To their credit, the server went above and beyond and brought over some pork slices on the house to add into my soup, which I really appreciated.

In fairness, I’m a bigger-than-average eater but even after spending nearly $50 with tip, I still left feeling hungry. Great service and delicious food overall, but I’d love to see slightly larger portions for the value.

So as restaurants go, this one was nothing special. I ordered a bowl of ramen and felt like there was very little meat for the bowl that was supposed to have the most. Flavors were good, just quantity was light. My 3 star means average, not bad, but nothing special. If it was cheaper, if they gave more food for the same price of did something different to set themselves apart, I think it would get more business. As it was, I wouldn’t say avoid it by any stretch, but nothing to go out of your way for here. I did not try their sushi, mostly because I’m a big eater and a sushi/ramen place probably wasn’t my best choice for quantity. I’d have needed to order 3 items to get the quantity to make me feel full and $40 is a little steep for me for one meal, especially here. If you’re a light eater or on a diet, flavors are fine. If you’re hungry, may not be your best spot.

Amazing authentic ramen joint. Loved everything I ordered (shoyu with extra toppings, chasu pork buns, and seaweed salad). Ramen wasn’t too salty like most places. It was perfectly balanced. Highly recommend!

My husband and I went here for the first time and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was so warm and fun, the service was fast and friendly, and the food was amazing. I highly recommend the chashu buns, and the haku ramen was so savory and delicious. This restaurant is a must try!

My friend and I ate at Haku Ramen House yesterday and it was absolutely perfect. We finally had a properly cold day, and their soup honestly warmed my soul.

I ordered the Haku Ramen, and everything about it was spot on. The noodles were cooked perfectly — that ideal chew without being too soft — and the pork was a fantastic addition. I especially love ramen bowls like this where you can control how much meat you get in each bite. Every spoonful felt balanced and satisfying.

My friend is gluten-free and was able to get rice noodles, which was a huge plus. It’s always great when a place can accommodate dietary needs without sacrificing quality.

The restaurant was mostly empty when we were there, which made it even better — calm, cozy, and the perfect spot to warm up on a cold day.

We’ll definitely be back.

It surprised us walking in to a such a calm and inviting atmosphere. We were not expecting such a great lunch and wonderful service. I stopped in when my kids requested noodles for lunch but I got spoiled as well. The food was great, we will be going back. Thank you for such great attentive service!

I want to TAKE THIS RESTAURANT and move it closer to me!! It was soooo good! Clean flavors on the ramen, bright and delicious sushi rolls, and great texture and flavor of the fried spring rolls. Definitely come try this place out!

I was skeptical with my decision.

The last time I had ramen in American Fork left me hesitant, but decided to take my chances due to the complimentary weather. I was not disappointed. This place demolished my doubts, and raised my standards for UT ramen. Haku Ramen is defining a new standard for ramen. A must try.

The noodles were good!
The eggs were COLD in the warm ramen.
Kids ramen says it comes with half of an egg, I guess that adult ramen also comes with half an egg. I paid to add an egg and all 3 halves were cold like they were pulled from the fridge and stuck on top.
Not a lot of meat. Toppings are just stringy mushrooms and green onions.
Service was alright, took a while to notice new customers who came in, but waters were filled and the few interactions were good.
Good noodles, nice broth flavor.
I would probably go to a different restaurant to get better all around ramen instead of good noodles and everything else lacking.

Great service, small coffee shop feel, good food.

We got the Chashu buns appetizer, Miso Ramen, a Vegas roll, a Fire Cracker roll, and a Haku roll. Spent about $61 before tip.

The Chashu buns were okay and aren’t really found anywhere nearby from competitors. The ramen was good and the pork was surprisingly tender and moist unlike other places where it can be tough and overcooked. The miso was good and we added spice that was provided. The sushi rolls were good, well balanced, and cut small which was nice. The Haku roll was our favorite and had great fresh fish, followed by the fire cracker with tuna then the Vegas which was alright but couldn’t hold up against others. We really liked how the rolls are well balanced and you’re not paying for excessive rice like some places give you.

Overall would come back but it was just above average for us. Fits in with the cost and with great service it’s worth trying.
