Probably the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to in my life. I have been here 3 times, the 2nd and 3rd being done for the sake of the benefit of the doubt.
Most recently, I ordered a peppermint hot chocolate, which tasted like hot water, and a McCrispy Deluxe, which came with only 2 pickle slices on it… $11 in all. My previous two experiences were practically identical. Messing up an order this much seems more like willful negligence than “Whoops I forgot!” Oh well, fool me thrice—shame on me.
The employees are nice enough and the order always arrives in a timely fashion (I don’t think it takes too long to put 2 pickles and a piece of wet fried chicken on a bun), but the kitchen does seem very dingy and unclean from what little I can see.

Idk who was working the night shift around 8pm but dang probably some of the best McDonald’s I had. Fresh food and whoever made that tea needs a raise asap!

I have been to many McDonald’s throughout the years and to be served cold freeze a cold burger and old stale chicken nuggets is not my cup of tea especially when it cost $22 I probably could have spent it better at a Speedway and gotten at least hot food I am very displeased with this service including the woman that was behind the counter that looked like she woke up 5 minutes ago and didn’t even do her hair working in a fast food restaurant I understand gets hectic however appearance is everything. I highly doubt I will be going back to this McDonald’s in the future unless a major change takes place

First time at this location and it was a good experience. Food was hot and fresh. Sandwiches made right. Employees were wonderful, and so was the gentleman standing at the counter. Down to earth and friendly. Very nice experience overall and my toddler was very pleased with the boo buckets

Can’t have gluten so I ordered at double Cheeseburger plain no bun on lettuce and I received to burger patties no chesse in a pool of grease. If I wanted a double hamburger I would have ordered that. Do better!!

Usually my experiences here are pretty decent and some even wonderful! Typically staff is friendly despite being very short of help due to the pandemic. Yesterday I placed an order via the app like I usually do for the convenience and because I’m usually dead tired after work. The young man with short dirty blonde or brown hair at the speaker and payment/1st window seemed like he didn’t want to be there and that we were bothering them. Then we sat at the 2nd window for a few minutes waiting on 2 double cheeseburgers and 1 medium fry. The young lady with brown hair working here was very friendly! One sandwich was customized with mayo, lettuce, no pickle or mustard. I’ve gotten it several times with no issues. Yesterday when my fiance unwrapped it for me, the biggest mess was all over the wrapper, and upon inspection, it was beyond evident that it was done on purpose. Why? No one deserves that, even if you’re short staffed and mad that people keep coming through. We have both worked in restaurants before and understand what you’re going through, but don’t take it out on others. We will likely avoid this location for a while and go elsewhere until things change, hopefully for the better.

Not sure why this was played by any manager. I’ve never gone to any McDonald’s and had the medium fry container less than halfway. There’s no fry’s at the bottom either.
Really disappointed.
Ordered an ice coffee with extra syrup, got charged for it. No syrup at all in it. They have done that to me 3 times now and I’m getting a little sick and impatient with it.

I’m not one to complain, or be mean, and maybe y’all were having a bad day, but please when you make sandwiches, be a little more considerate and please don’t put the sauce all over the wrapper.
And work on your customer service, y’all were unnecessarily rude. Again, I’m not one to complain, but each time I come here it’s always the same thing. Sandwiches are always messed up.
