Good food with reasonable pricing. The portions are filling and tastes really good. Wait time was long although we were the only customers in the restaurant. The online ordering felt tedious but it’s okay.

I had an excellent experience at Burger One! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The burgers were juicy with great toppings, and the fries were crisp and delicious. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the service was quick and friendly. You can tell they take pride in what they do.
If you’re looking for a spot with consistently great food and great service, Burger One is definitely worth the visit. Highly recommended!

If you’re on the hunt for a top tier burger joint, look no further. These guys consistently hit the mark nd when I say consistently, I mean always. Their food is so good. The burgers are amazing, the chicken sandwiches are amazing—honestly, everything is really spot on. Timing is always impeccably on point, they’re fast, yet still high-quality. The service is super friendly nd the restaurant itself is spotless. I’ve been to plenty of burger spots in Ann Arbor and Ypsi area, and this is easily the best one around.

The burgers are good here, quality ingredients. Try the East Coast fries if you haven’t had them before. I also like the chicken wrap. Employees are friendly and efficient, you usually won’t have to wait long.

Omggg first time trying this place and dang it, it was awesome. Huge burger, but costly, but as a splurge definitely worth it. No ice in pop machine probably my only complaint oh and that they aren’t closer to me. But the BEST PART… THEY GAVE VEGAN CHOICES. THANK YOU

Menu looks really good however charging for condiments on your burger is a little wild but I will definitely be going back to try other things on the menu

I have tried Burger One many times by now either for dine in or take out. It’s always delicious and good quality food and great portions for the price. I have tried several of their burgers such as Burger 1 special, moss burger, chapo and crispy chicken burgers. All absolutely delicious. Phily cheese steak sandwich was great. I always order chicken wings here and they are juicy and delicious. Chicken tenders are very juicy and well seasoned as well. I am sensitive to chicken smell and love this place’s chickens. Also all meat is halal at this place!

Ginny our server was wonderful. There was a bunch of us in the group. She was patient and helpful. For a few of us it was our first time here. She was great. We ordered Cajun fries for the table. I’m not a fan of Cajun fries but everyone else enjoyed them. I was pressured into trying one. They were good. I just went with regular fries. Must of the group and the burger 1. It was topped with American Cheese, Mozzerella Sticks, Coleslaw, Turkey Bacon, Onion Rings, and Burger 1 Sauce. Holy moly! I had the Arbor burger. It was topped with Lettuce, Tomato, American, Swiss, Monterey Jack Cheese, Turkey Bacon, Fried Egg, Mayo, Ketchup, Pickles on A Brioche Bun. My wife had the ranch wrap on a tomato basil wrap topped with Lettuce, Tomato, Pickles, Mayo, Turkey Bacon, Ranch, American Cheese. Excellent restaurant. Very enjoyable.

Tried burger one for the first time today and was really impressed! The price is comparable to other burger chains but the service and quality is way above average. Compliments to the server – she was very clear, quick, and proactive. Also compliments to the cooks – the burger and fries were 10/10 not greasy and perfectly done. Will definitely be back!
