Don’t come to this Chipotle. I came with the fam and when I was getting my bowl the meat serving was very small. When I asked them to add some meat they said it would cost extra. I had explained that I thought the portion size was too small and I didn’t want to pay for double to have a regular size portion. The guy who was serving at the time, who is a larger white guy with short brown hair with a short trimmed beard and goatee, just stood there staring at me, so I asked again if he could just add a little more meat and then he repeated himself about the extra cost. Then, I was going to get some guac and the color of it was dark brown. I asked if they had any that was fresher, and he showed me an extra container they had where the guac was just as brown. I passed on the guac and the guy said it’s because avocados are out of season.. ok but if you go to another Chipotle there looks just fine? The assembly line and store was dirty and most of the tables. After we sat down to eat at a clean table, I went to ask if there was a manager on duty, which the girl I asked said that she was the manager. I asked if she saw what happened with the guy and she confirmed that the size he gave me was a portion size. It definitely wasn’t. I then asked for the guys name so I can add him to the complaint and she said she didn’t have to give me his name. I asked for her name and she said she didn’t have to give it to me. So just to be clear who I was talking to, was a heavy set, tall black girl with long braids of a reddish color

I have never been so disgusted that find paper inside of a quesadilla. I know that it is lunch time, but slow down and pay attention. There is no reason for this lack of attention. How much of the paper is in the meat. I ordered nothing that would require for me to even have a wrapper. Maybe the health department needs to make a visit.

The portions sizes here are way too small, and the ingredients don’t have the same signature, fresh flavor that other more high quality chipotle restaurants have. The beans are way too overcooked as well, and have a sweet taste that’s similar to baked beans. Not a fan.

Came at 6:40 before going to church school with my daughter at 7. Ate raw and cold steak. No biggy, things happen, I know chipotle is busy. I saved it, came back after church school was done at around 8:10pm. I told them what happened, the older Hispanic employee was kind and replaced it. The cashier on the other hand was very rude. Like she didn’t believe the steak tasted and looked raw. I told her I appreciated her help and went on, not going to let her ruin my evening . I still purchased another bowl because at this point my husband got home and wanted one too. Hopeful the cashiers evening gets better!!

My daughter and I love a good chipotle date. We came in today right after the lunch rush and had a great overall experience.
The restaurant was clean, all of the tables looked like they’d just been wiped down.
The food quality was great, the meats were all hot, the gauc was green, and all the ingredients were fresh!
The service was top tier; my daughter orders her own food but she’s young so she’s still soft spoken, both of the young men that took her order was very patient and kind! I also have to mention— that originally we were told they had no limes but the manager took his time to cut some and bring them to our table.
I wish people would show a little bit more grace to our food industry peeps! You don’t see half of what they have to deal with

Nothing but attitude from the workers, portions are always too small, seating area and food prep area is always dirty and covered in food. The only reason I keep going back is because there isn’t a closer one but each time I go I always am disappointed. I love chipotle but this location consistently sucks

We ordered two identical burrito bowls, and as the pictures show, one of them came with only rice and lettuce (some of which was rotten). The other one had all the ingredients, but the guacamole was rotten. Not the first time we’ve received bad food here, so we’ve given up on this location.

What is going on with Chipotle! It’s no wonder they have all kinds of bacteria in their food, the place is filthy. The lady in front of me asked for the manager, and African American lady responded, I’m the manager. The lady stated I’ve been coming here a long time and it’s the dirtiest I’ve ever seen it. The guy serving the food just laughed! Seriously? Clean up the place! The lady asked for the mgrs name and she said she did not have to give it to her. Whaaaat? I asked for different guac bcuz it looked disgusting and the guy said it always looks like that. I said no it does not. I not going back. Just Disgusting!

I just cant stop thinking about it and still very irrated and disappointed in my experience last night. With the snow the door entry was all covered in mush. I am 7 months pregnant, literally the second I stepped inside (about 730ish 12/2 if you want to view footage) I slipped and whole body slammed to the ground. Not a single employee came to check on me, ask if I was okay or went and dried up the area so no one else would slip. Also, I ordered 3 things, the girl doing the cheese I swear barely filled the kids meal side with 1/3rd of the way with cheese. I asked for extra cheese on everything and she dead faced looked me in the eye and put the skimpiest handful on everything. Seriously makes me not want to come back to this location.
