I have never been to a Jack in the Box with nicer service. We drove through twice on a visit to Bryan and both times, the person at the window was kind and easy to order with. She made sure we had all the condiment we needed for the family. And, gasp, the order was 100% correct both times and, it tasted fresh. If we get the hankering for a muchie meal, we will definitely be coming to this location.

This morning I decided to stop by Jack and the Box off 6 for some breakfast on my way home from work. Everything was great, Giovanni was absolutely terrific. He was very polite and patient with me while I was placing my order. Everything was very delicious and on point. I liked the fact that Giovanni separated my orders into different bags, one for me and one for my mom, instead of throwing everything in one little bag like other restaurants do. He provided me with plenty of napkins as well, which I liked very much, most places your lucky to even get a napkin, he also made sure I was satisfied and needed any condiments for my orders, which not alot of people do these days. Giovanni and his crew member, got my orders out very quickly, hardly any wait time, everything was quick and proficient. Giovanni is a hard worker and deserves a raise management. He’s alot better than some of your past employees you’ve had. Im glad I gave it another chance. Keep up the great work. Excellent service.

This I the last time I will give this location a chance on dinner. Today’s service was ridiculous . Not only did I wait up to an hour for my food but when we asked what was taking so long we were advised the grill was getting worked on. Server threw 2 bags at me and said sorry. I had waited so long i took the bags and walked out. It wad of course the wrong meal. It would have been great to know prior to paying that food was going to take more than an hour.

Took 13 minutes for 2 chicken wraps and 2 orders of fries. I understand late and all but damn, almost 15 minutes for 4 items and no service. And tell the guy working fryer to wash his hands in between glove changes when tries to grab food

The most ridiculous situation. This evening around 9:40pm I arrived at the drive through at the corner of William J and Earl Rudder the get some dinner, the main aim was the get my mother a sandwich. She has stage 4 cancer so when she actually has an appetite, we try to get her what she asks for. We made an order of 3 sandwiches, a shake and tacos. Gionni took our order, took our payment at the window and then asked us to pull around to the front to wait for our order despite the drive through being empty. When gionni brought our food, he gave us 2 bags. We asked about our shake and gionni went back in. We inspected our bags realizing there were no tacos. When gionni returned with the shake, we explained we were also missing our tacos. Gionni responded with suspicion. He said we never ordered tacos, sighting the orders audio are all recorded and he takes his job very seriously. We asked for a copy of our receipt so we could prove our order. Gionni replied with, ” that’s fine, but I promise this will end badly for you.” Insinuating that we were lying and trying to steal tacos. I grabbed my food and exited my vehicle, slamming my car door. Gionni tried to prevent me from going inside, but I told him I was going in. Gionni told my husband if I continued to act hostile, he would call the cops. My husband told him to go ahead and call. Once inside we asked for our receipt several times. Gionni refused, telling us he would a soon as he called 911. We never yelled, threw anything, made any threat or fought. Gionni told 911 we were very elevated, hostile and he felt unsafe. We continued to ask for our receipt and his managers number. Gionni finally printed our receipt, took a look at it, threw it on the counter and walked away. The receipt showed we ordered tacos. Gionni then refused to speak or even look at us. The police arrived. We explained our side, they spoke to the workers inside. At first. Gionni refused to refund our receipt, told to us by one of the officers. We told them we didn’t want the food. We just wanted our money back. The officers finally convinced Gionni to refund our ticket and we threw the 3 sandwiches away. I have never had this sort of problem from this location or any drive through before. I would be happy to go back, if gionni no longer worked there.

Few workers on duty. Didn’t know how to enter order for buy one get one free coupon. After about 10 minutes, they ordered something. It wasn’t what I was supposed to get, but I took it anyway, as I had already wasted enough time there. I won’t be back.
The burger I got was very small, with only one lettuce leaf, 2 pickle small slices, and a tomato slice (not ripe), and a tiny amount of ketchup and mayo.

This was my go to place, not anymore. The place is dirty, floor is greasy, drinks are watered down, and worst of all, the dumb kiosk order yourself at the front counter. Just 2 people working, if you can call it that, ignoring anything going on, so you have to wait 15 minutes or more for them to put down thier phone and finally prepare the order. I won’t be going back.

If I could give it a 0 I would , went tonight at 11pm! Trough the drive thru.. waited 5 min before anyone would say something for her to say hold on one second , waited another 5 min just for her to say rudely whoever is at my window I am not taking orders right now . JUST LAZY . She should’ve told me that from the beginning instead of having me wait for nothing . Very disappointing.
