Tyler gave incredible customer service. Lots of places I go to definitely need more employees like him. Store was clean and the atmosphere was great. I recommend this store to anyone in the area. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Definitely coming back again.

We went in the morning and it was very busy. Only one person was working and he was handling both drive through and in store orders. The wait time was more than 20 minutes, but he was clearly trying his best. He even gave us a complimentary ice cream for the delay. Really nice customer service despite the rush.

I recently visited Dairy Queen and was really impressed with both the food and the service. The staff were friendly, quick, and attentive, making the experience smooth from start to finish. The menu offered a great mix of classic favorites and seasonal treats, and everything we ordered came out fresh and tasty. The Blizzard was perfectly mixed, the burgers were hot and flavorful, and the fries were crisp. The restaurant itself was clean and welcoming, with plenty of seating. Overall, it felt like more than just a fast-food stop, it was a genuinely enjoyable place to relax and enjoy a meal. I’ll definitely be returning soon.

We stopped in for a treat while passing through. The employees were friendly and seemed like they were doing what they were suppose to be doing. Although I found the place to look clean. But when you looked closer, things could be better. I moved seats because the table was dirty, when the place was empty. A quick wipe of tables and such can go a long way. And it really doesn’t take long. You just have to want to make things clean.

Stopped on 06/06/2025, for a bite and banana Splits. Was notified immediately that they’re out of certain main ingredients.
But the staff’s friendliness and the manners of the employees more than made up for it..
Would definitely recommend this DQ to anyone..

The WORST take out order I’ve ever recieved. Everything was cold. The “toast” was a stale slice of cold bread. They didn’t include the sauce, or any cutlery for our chicken strips. To top it off, the napkins were all screwed up in a ball and thrown in the bag, which seems like a pathetic and intentional act. Maybe the staff were having a bad day, but when paying so much for cold fast food the least you can do is put the order in the bag nicely. Disgusting.

The blizzards are always 1/2″ below the top is the cup when it’s supposed to be above the rim. Very slow service as well.

Excellent service with extra smiles on Grand opening day!! Food was terrific, wait was reasonable, food out fast We shared a table with another family and a retired US Army (WW2) Veteran, and enjoyed getting to know each other while we ate. Fun to be part of DQ Kingman history!

One of my favorite places to go, but they need to realize how important it is to keep stocked. Today, no chili for a chili dog. The place was full of people, and if all you wanted was ice cream, you’d be good. Went to Sonic and enjoyed a chili dog and shake.
