The cashier mistakenly selected mozzarella sticks instead of onion rings for my side. I corrected her, and she informed the kitchen of the mistake. When I asked about the price difference, she was unsure and brought the general manager, Justin, to the window. He told me the items were the same price.
I checked online and confirmed they were not the same price. When another employee, who identified herself as a manager, brought my order to the window, I explained the incorrect charge. She re-rang the order and confirmed the correct total should have been $9.19, not the $11.25 I was charged. I was refunded the $2.06 difference in cash. She was apologetic, which I appreciated.
What I do not appreciate is the general manager providing incorrect information instead of correcting the mistake. This was very misleading and raises concerns about how often customers may be unknowingly overcharged.

I was in the drive-through and ordered a ultimate burrito and asked that they do not burn my eggs like they did the first time I ever went to this restaurant. Well they did it again this time I had one and a half tater tots, burnt eggs, burnt bacon, just a whole bunch of slop I get out and go in the restaurant is filthy. The manager is rude. The assistant manager is rude. This place is horrible. I would advise everyone to stay away. Never eat here. The convenience store is way better than the restaurant and the manager had the audacity to tell me to calm down let me see you calm down when your food look like Slop

Horrible ! I ordered medium sauced Buffalo popcorn. THIS ISN’T NO WHERE NEAR SAUCED!!!!!! Not only that.., I get home thinking I’m about to eat good , NO! This is raw!! I was in the store today I purchased gas next door then I went to sonic to purchase a cup of ice. The cashier was friendly and new he asked Ashle how to ring up the cup of ice she proceeded to show him, then she just gave me a cup of ice and told him we don’t normally do this. Two hours late im at work I open the ice to pour in my cup and the cup was dirty and had something that looked like lint.

We placed an order and went to pick it up, understandable it was not ready and was asked to pull to another area and a car hop would bring our order out. We wait 20 minutes while we watch the manager and another employee come outside and smoke and go back inside. My husband goes in and said manager with her back to him while texting on her phone ask what he needs. He said he was getting our order we had been waiting for. Manager tells him its right there and tosses it on the counter. Never again will we visit this store. Worst customer service they weren’t even busy and I see why now.

Their Oreo Blast never gets made right, I pay $7.50 for this every time and always have to take it back. Once you pass the whipped cream, no cookies are in Blast. I have taken it back twice and they still continue to serve it wrong.

This review is based on an Employee Jay! He was very respectful, patient and fast. Just a pleasant person. The food here is pretty good, comes out hot. I come here often and never really have complaints. Compared to the other Sonics that are close by. The only thing I wish they had was Apple Pay! I always get the strawberry cream slush, my fav!
