I would give 0 stars if i could for my todays experience . I ordered for veggie delight. employee named yeilani( couldnt read perfectly on her badge). I was after a customer who ordered meat sandwiches.She came to me asked me what i need, i told her veggie delight, she started taking out the bread, chopped the bread with the sameeee gloves with which she prepared the meatt sanwichesss. I requested her to change her gloves as i am allergic to meat… She then started acting weird and behaving rude. Didnt even ask if i wanted my sandwich toasted. SHE MADE THE WORST SUBWAY I COULD EVER HAVE ATE. Not only this she behaved very rudely with her coworker. She called her every 1 min while she was busy doing cleaning. She made my day worst. SUBWAY, I LOVE YOUR FOOD, i always have it when i am at walmart, but this employeee is not worth my money. SHE IS RUDE, UNPROFEESIONAL, AND UNHYGIENIC.

Young girl with red head was rude as hell when I asked if they were still open. It was 845pm and she said they were closing in 5 minutes and id have to make it quick. Was only wanting 1-6 inch for myself. Her tone and demeanor was uncalled for. I understand she wanted to get outta there but I’ve worked in customer service all my life and that is not how you handle it. I also worked 12 hours myself this dsy and last thing I wanted to deal with was a little girl with an attitude. Then again that’s on me for expecting more. Probably won’t come back.

On Saturday 9/20/2025 My family and I quietly entered the location and instead of a greeting, one of the employees looked at us when we walked in rolled her eyes, yelled obscenities, (Jesus Obscenity Christ) while throwing the item she had in her hand. It was clear we were not welcome. I will admit that a larger group had just left and it felt like she was overwhelmed by the flow of customers which. yes, it was a busy Saturday. We never made it to the counter as her outburst left us uneasy to dine at this Subway. We left and told them we were sorry to inconvenient them with our patronage. We went to the Subway by Heavenly Donuts and were welcome upon entry and the employees there took our orders without issue with professionalism and kindness. I have reported this to corporate but no response so I just wanted to share my experience with the 7th ave Subway and their complete lack of customer service.

I’ve ordered from this location twice this week, and both experiences were bad enough that I felt compelled to submit a complaint. Unfortunately, Subway’s website feedback form is difficult to use. It limits the number of characters you can enter and forces you through a frustrating AI-driven process.

When I finally contacted the store directly, the response I received was, “The quality is fine, we temp-checked the avocado and set it out this morning.” That response did not address the issue. I was served an ice-cold breakfast sandwich with avocado that tasted like it had gone bad. I had to throw the entire thing away as the taste was so overpowering.

I am currently expecting, so food safety is especially important to me. I was counting on a simple, meatless breakfast sandwich to be a safe and reliable choice, but clearly that was not the case. I will not be ordering from this location again and would recommend others look elsewhere.

This is not a subway by subways standards at all this is a Walmart standard for a pretender version of a sandwich place that looks like a subway because damn the service here sucks I would fire the managers in a heart beat because they lack leadership obviously or they lack the support from the owner because fire the crew who don’t come to work with the customer service skills needed to take an order from a customer without arguing or correcting or having any attitude whatsoever and news flash subway in Walmart happy customers is how you get tips and that there is my tip for all of you who work at this Walmart

Woman was rude, wasn’t understanding what i was trying to tell her to put on my Wrap.
By the Register, Napkins and where they put the Cookies are so Dusty and gross looking especially beside where they prep and make the food. Made me feel sick.

Went in and was greeted and attended by Angie, who was by herself but she TOTALLY rocked it! Super friendly and patient with our large order. We’re super laid back so no rush for us. She kept the area clean and organized. She deserves a raise!

Cashier touched several items around register, then handled my bare sandwich without changing gloves. When I told her that I wouldn’t be able to eat an unsanitary sandwich, she rushed me out and overcharged me (charged for a pro when I ordered regular).
