We decided to have lunch on a random Tuesday at the PF Chang (Christiana Mall Location) and had the privilege of not only having James greet us with a warm welcome but also be our server. He was knowledgeable about the menu and assisted in recommendations that we do not regret and WILL return to try again and again. This is my first time at this location. I will say the customer service is amazing. The waitress we had was amazing. The food was OK what I liked the most was the wraps the lettuce wraps vegetarian amazing chicken OK I’m going through a phase where I’m not eating meat so it was OK! There is a Asian pear Mojito delicious and refreshing what I visit again possibility do I recommend others to go? Yes we got teriyaki and another chicken teriyaki. I think it was the sauce was too thick to us and very sweet but OK and eatable. I definitely wouldn’t purchase the spring rolls again.

Eaten at PF Chang’s many many times before.. not at this location. Ordered takeout for the first time yesterday and was 100% disappointed. I feel like I wasted money. How do you only give like 5 pieces of chicken when you order a traditional side meal and pay $18?? The rice quality was horrible. The noodles were decent. Would like my money back.

Just wanted to shout out our amazing server, Kiara! As someone who loves to go out to eat at various restaurants, she was by far one of the best servers I’ve had yet. I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order from P.F. Chang’s. First of all, the dish I ordered did not list scallions (green onions) on the menu, which is already misleading for people with food allergies like mine.
Before placing my order, I made sure to clearly tell the front desk staff that I have a severe allergy to onions and scallions, and they assured me the chef would leave them out. Despite this, the dish came loaded with scallions, as shown in the photo.
This isn’t just a small mistake—it’s a serious health risk. For someone like me, eating onions or scallions could lead to a life-threatening allergic reaction. Food allergies must be taken seriously. Miscommunication or negligence like this can have dangerous consequences.
Please do better. People’s lives depend on it.
