Just Bought a Med Coffee. Got a Cup thats a Leaker. Corp must not be checking quality of vendors product. Vendor did not use enough glue or a glue that can not take the coffee temp. What the Use of mentioning there a problem instead of a tel # i get Email BS. Great Customer Relations (Not). Lets see how long it takes to fix the issue.

More than 20 minutes in the drive thru for my mobile order because there was literally only one poor woman working the entire restaurant. I felt very bad for her. If they can’t get more than a single person to work during morning rush they should just not open. She did her best though and the food was good.

On the 28th of December, i passed by this branch and ordered some food for takeaway. Unfortunately when I reached home, my order was missing a big mac sandwich. Mistakes happen, but when I tried calling the place to inform them of this mistake, they never answered and no one picked up the phone. Maybe writing here could grab their attention. I ordered a customized Quarter Pounder with Cheese it was done “Perfectly” and I enjoyed it immensely! The large fries were awesome and so good that I forgot to put the ketchup on them My large Coke had the right amount of “FRIZZ” and flavor to chase down my food, and even the ice cubes were delicious and crunchy ❤

Would have been one star but we have had decent service regularly there in the past but today were handed a quarter pounder that my wife noticed after a few bites that it didn’t taste right and her stomach started rumbling. The meat was still pink/red. They told us that the machine read that it was the right temperature. We suggested that it was fairly obvious that it wasn’t cooked through and we informed that they would mention it to the manager. Our request for money back rather than chance another temperature malfunction was met with an eye roll.
