Food was affordable and very tasty with a great menu selection. It took a while to get it though, and the staff never came back to check on us or refill chips or water. We would return for the good food though.

We waited 40 minutes after we got our food before anybody checked on us and had to ask a different employee 20 minutes later for the check and box we asked the first employee for. We used to love this restaurant however the last two times we have gone have been horrible. Nobody came to check on us for 40 minutes after we got our food. When someone came to check on I explained we had been waiting for anybody to check on us for 20 minutes (once our glasses where empty) and that we might as well get a box and go because at that point we just wanted to leave. At this point it was 8:35 pm. The employee then went to the back then the register. Went to check on another table. Greeted and serviced two other tables. We had to get another employee at 8:55 pm to get our box and check because he never came back! This is the second time this has happened. We assumed the first time was just a bad day. -10/10 experience. Would’ve gotten my own box but I’m not tall enough.

Nice food, unique environment. A little short staffed, so be prepared to seat yourself, refill soft drink yourself, and get boxes yourself on a busy Saturday night. I had lunch buffet, so I was expecting to eat only a little for dinner. However when I took a first bite of the Shrimp ceviche, I couldn’t stop until the whole plate is gone. So good.

Our favorite Mexican restaurant of all time. We go here at least once or twice a month. My kids love it. It’s fast, it’s affordable, the staff are friendly and they are great with kids. We all have favorite dishes we enjoy, the drinks are strong if you’re feeling like a margarita, and I could eat my weight in chips, salsa, and queso. If you go on your birthday they will embarrass you and put a sombrero on your head while they sing and bring you fries ice cream, which is delicious, and there is at least a possibility that you will have whipped cream smudged playfully upon your face. That being said, introverts, do not let you friends tell the waiters that it’s your birthday if you don’t like being the center of attention.

This is a late post. The experience I’m posting on was at the end of last year. We started making the Christmas train part of are annual Christmas festivities. The first year it was just my daughter, myself and the two grandkids. The experience wasn’t great but wasn’t terrible. So we thought maybe it would be a good idea to include this restaurant as part of our annual train ride. Needless to say we won’t be going back. it took a while for them to seat us. We ask for a high chair they said they were all in use, which is understandable. We waited patiently and when the party using the high chair was finished, my daughter in law got up to get the high chair and the server grabbed it and gave it to customers that had came in after us. Leaving us to hold the baby the entire time we were there. That’s not even my complaint. They never came back to the table and when they finally brought our food out, it had black hair in it. I can understand a loose hair (not that, that’s acceptable) but this was like someone had recently gotten a hair cut and was fixing out food.It was in the food of three different members of our party. I just booked our annual train ride which is what made me think of this terrible experience. Wanted to give everyone a heads up. Very unacceptable.

We went for dinner and were one of about 3 groups in the restaurant throughout the entire meal. The waiter did not cheeck on us once after bringing out our food, the other people at the restaurant had to go up to the counter and demand refills from the staff who were busy looking at their phones. About 30 minutes after we finished our food our waiter came to the table and we asked for a box and the check. After asking for a box and the check, we had waited another 20 minutes before asking a different employee to get us the items. I would not recommend ever going to this restaurant as their staff is highly unprofessional and do not care about the customers at all.
