The people taking orders and handing it are always very nice and respectfull, But my food is awfull, Today we got our food and fries were all cold and hard , Mccrispy sandwhich was very hard as well and dark like it was reheated, kids nuggets tasted like oil had not been changed, and quarterpounder burger patties were burned. Not our first time having issues with our food here everytime we stop getting from this location do to quality we give it time and try it again after some time only to continue having the same problems with food.

The soda with ice was hot. The machine was obviously broke, but they were making us use it for dine in knowing it’s broken. McDonald’s has the best French fries by far, but these fries were obviously different in a very bad way. I don’t know if it was the grease they use or the fries were different. But they obviously tasted different. And that’s apparently your wow factor the fries. Gotta do better McDonald’s

Took them 45 mins to get a snack wrap….the store was NOT busy everyone in the back was moving soooooo slow I literally had to reach over the counter to grab a cup cause no one would assist me. Food was hot tho THANK GOODNESS my friends waited the same amount and their food was COLD

This reviews of this place that reflect that this McDonalds prioritize the Drive Through is true. They took 20 minutes to make two quarter pounders and fries. My wife went to the counter and told them that we wanted our money back and then they said our order was next. Staff at the site are mis-managed. While we we there we saw people coming in for pickup orders and again those people were waiting long as well. If you can’t work on more than one order at a time, hang it up.

Completely disgusted, I will NEVER go back and I love McDonalds. A few days ago they were all fighting inside of the building and then yesterday I purchased the burger posted in the pic. They all seemed to think something was funny and I realized why when I opened my burger in my car and all the grease and onions fell out all over the place. At the very least they gave me a ton of napkins that i ended up needing for a single burger. This location completely disgusts me and I strongly recommend NOBODY go here EVER! I will go to another town vs go back here. Never again.

I used the mobile app to place an order and pay. I then parked in spot number four and indicated my location upon arrival. I waited easily 15 minutes without my order being delivered curbside. I finally called and told them I had been waiting while 10 cars and trucks went through the drive-through. They apologized and said my order would be right out and they were very busy. Another seven minutes later they bring my order. I get home and find that my happy meal for my grandson had a Mc double burger with extra pickle in it. The Mc double had been made 15 minutes before I even placed my order. I ordered a cheeseburger happy meal with ketchup only on the burger. My grandson would not eat it. He could taste the pickles and the onion. My sandwich was supposed to be a fillet with extra tartar sauce, but I received a fillet fish with no tartar sauce that was dried out.That sandwich was made 10 minutes before my order was placed! I called them, and they’re sending me out a coupon. How nice. That doesn’t help me with the lunch picnic we had planned today. This is not the first time I have had problems with my order at this location. And using the mobile app doesn’t seem to save me any time. In fact, I end up waiting longer than if I had just stayed in the drive-through line like everybody else.

The problem is that not many are going to comment that I had a great McDonald’s burger and give a five star rating. But I will say that I had a great sausage burger, tasted amazing really. We were on our way to newyork and had breakfast here. Due to covid , you cant seat inside the resturant. If you order online sometimes it will be quicker than drive thru even if you dont have the application. This is what I did, because it was hug line. I downloaded the app and waited at the curb-side. Food came very quick
