I went to this bojangles this morning to get breakfast and it was delicious! My order was handed to me quickly and the lady at the window was super nice and even offered my pup a treat! I still had about a 15 minute drive and the food was still hot and amazing! I would definitely recommend stopping by for breakfast and bring your pup along to so they can get a treat! ❤️

$9 for 4 piece Chicken “Supremes”. Look how cute and tiny they are!

And the 6 piece Bo-Bites were actually larger and cheaper, but were cut up strips.

Not going back after this. The lack of portion consistency is a problem.

Ok so.. the food is pretty consistent and good. But this location had one specific server (Frank) that was absolutely the best and made me feel so good after a hard day.

While the food is fairly consistent, there were other people that were super dismissive (one of them a manager that was female, wish I remembered her name). But Frank literally made me want to come back here every time.

So food is great, service is questionable depending on who works. That’s probably most places.

Root for Frank to get a raise even if he isn’t a manager!

P.s. hey owner… your review average was way higher like a week ago. I think the service affects that a lot. It takes a lot to get a great team, I fully understand. Keep going. You are new. But pay attention to reviews on good people – this is where you make or break it

Ordered. paid a very unpleasant woman, then informed no biscuits. Waited 12-15 minutes for a chicken biscuit. I know stuff happens, but please tell me there are no biscuits before I pay so I can move on.

Food is good. Pretty sure they get a tax break for the employees here.
And the wait time is out of control. There are 5 cars parked next to me waiting for food.

Cold chicken and rice. Cold, hard biscuits. All tables dirty and floor was filthy. Visited at 5pm. Mgr agreed to make chicken over… Place was empty so they could easily have an employee wipe down tables and sweep the floor.
Not a good experience.

I stop here often because I live nearby and pass every day. I rarely leave reviews, but at this point I can confidently say that if they ever get my order right, I’ll buy a lottery ticket. No sauce, terrible sweet tea, hard food, and items missing almost every time if the order is even correct to begin with. Lots of problems, it seems.

Good management prevents this kind of thing, just look at Culver’s or Chick-fil-A. Their managers take responsibility, support their crew, and make sure issues get fixed. Here, everything is pushed onto the crew while the managers blame anyone but themselves. It really shows when you pay attention.

Luckily I’m not picky, so it’s still worth it to avoid driving all the way to Greer.

I’ve literally never been to a more pathetic restaurant in all my life. The staff is inept, and management has no clue and doesn’t care. We’ve given them three chances because we love Bojangles food and live close by, but after botched orders all three times, a 30-minute wait after a completely lost order, missing items over and over again, and tiny portion sizes of the food we did get, we’re done with this fiasco. I’ve talked to neighbors, and they all say the same thing. I’m not one to write reviews, but I have to warn folks to stay away from this place if you value your sanity. The Cherrydale and Greer locations are great. Drive a bit further–you’ll be glad you did.

Hey just wanted to leave a good review, just went to pick up food at this location, they were super polite, I felt good energy from everyone and quick service. Far cry from most stores and fast food. There is usually a draining stigma and lazy aura. Love it, I hope they can keep that energy and it’s nice to see people enjoying there day at work. Thank you
