Dont order from here. Absolutely the worst cheesteak around. It was on a hot dog bun. Not to mention fries were pricey. 33.89 for crap. I got it from doordash nothing against them but this should be taken off the menu items.

Wow man, this place is garbage what a strong impression. Never in my life had I had such a cheap tasting cheese steak, I’d imagine McDonald’s could produce a sandwich with more flavor. DO NOT eat here you will waste you money and end up unsatisfied. Maybe I’m biased I’ve been to Philly and I know what an actual cheese steak is this place needs a re branding because they are deeply confused on what they want to be. Sad cheese steak and an even sadder chicken sandwich which obviously was not seasoned. What a half effort establishment.

I do not usually write reviews on restaurants but I felt it necessary for this experience considering how much the food was. Do not eat here. The cheesesteaks are dry and small for the amount of money you pay. The fries were covered in a spicy Cajun seasoning that was not in the description on the menu. My husband has IBS and I hate Cajun seasoning, they went in the garbage. Also, forgot one of my items. Go to Charlie’s! This place is not worth it.

If there is anything I can’t stress enough, it’s that this is a virtual kitchen chain that operates out of Bravo Italian Kitchen. It’s an inferior product made from a place that doesn’t even specialize in this kind of food. This concept came out of the pandemic. It helped out some private businesses, but the chains really took advantage, especially those with bad name recognition. It’s trickery and makes customers think that they are ordering from a new establishment. I strongly encourage people to avoid.
