There was taco sauce all over the walls, floor and toilet! The place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a month or more. Sauce all over the soda counters and trash everywhere. Waited 10m for a worker to answer a question, only to be ignored. Each worker ignored customers like none of us were there. All they seemed to care about was the drive through and talking among one another. Never got a receipt emailed to us. Wasn’t expecting fine dining behavior but at leAst show some level of decency for the customers in the store??? The meal we ordered came with two tiny chulipas taste was good but two bite size not hardly worth $9. Not our normal Taco Bell experience at all.

Speed of service is killing this here. Food is of acceptable quality but takes forever. Every time, and it’s not like there aren’t people in there. I see three people working. After about 20 minutes, came in, asked about it again. “It just got done” like come on. And to give a free taco for the inconvenience. Like is 20 minutes for fast food equate to one free taco.
It just blows because the food isn’t the worst. Probably some District manager cracking down on waste/labor hours.

Came 02/03 @ 2:28pm. Waited at the speaker for 7 minutes. After that time of getting no service drove to the window to see an employee come up off of the floor as if she passed out or something. Seemed very confused. Irritating experience. Leads me to wonder of food quality.

The restaurant is brand new, everything is clean and nice. All the workers are so friendly and are doing an amazing job. Food is prepared well and tastes fresh. Every experience has been great

Made an order unknowingly as soon as they opened (yeah I wanted a taco at 9am who doesn’t) and made it for in-store pickup. Unfortunately the fryers were still warming up with the few people they had back there and they gave us a few vouchers for food in the future due to the inconvenience. I appreciate the direct hospitality this place brings as other locations locally suffer from customer service. My sincere thanks to the morning shift employees and their cooperation!

So I ordered the cantina Chicken soft taco and when I opened it up to add the sauce, each one had 2 small pieces of chicken. It was ridiculous and I should have taken it back but I was on my lunch. Really 2 small pieces of chicken, it looked like they took a nugget and chopped that small nugget into 2 pieces. The Doritos locos tacos are always soggy at the bottom by the time I got home (less than 2 miles) and break apart as soon as I bite into them. I also bought a couple of cantina chicken tacos for my wife and she had the same reaction. That was the last time I went to Taco Bell. There are plenty of Mexican joints near me for when I want a taco.

The new Taco Bell at Deklab Pike is NEW and IMPROVED! Super Clean a d the staff are super nice and polite!
I hope people that comes here will also jeep it clean and respect the new renovated TACO BELL location.
Food is great as always!
Also there are charging stations in some tables which is a good way to keep your battery up to date.
