I initially ordered the following items:
• 8-Piece Garlic Parmesan Wings
• 14” Hand-Tossed Spinach & Feta Pizza
• 8pc Stuffed Spinach & Feta
However, the first delivery included only the pizza, along with garlic knots and cinnamon knots—items I did not order. I called to have the correct items sent, but the second delivery was even more inaccurate. It included two completely different pizzas and wings drenched in an excessive amount of sauce, which made them nearly inedible. Based on the presentation and the substitution of my original order, I felt this was done intentionally and not as a genuine attempt to correct the mistake.
I’ve attached a photo of the original receipt showing the correct order. I expect a full refund or a proper redelivery of the items I paid for. I value good service and accountability, and I hope Domino’s will take this complaint seriously and address the issue promptly.
News flash, if you’re delivering food to a hotel, chances are your customer needs plates and utensils and napkins.
I had to have my food sit for 20 minutes while I went to go hunt down a friggin fork and napkins. So you guys might want to start paying attention.
The food is mediocre. I eat a lot of mediterranean, this is sort of like a fast food version, sort of like a Denny’s of Mediterranean if you will.
Can’t say much for the atmosphere of this place, because like I said I had it delivered. But I can tell you that I’ll never find out firsthand now.
I’m so sick of these restaurants ignoring simple requests from paying customers. I spent over 30 bucks on this crap and not even so much as get a napkin.
If you eat from this place I just wanna say I hope you don’t end up sick! Good luck!
