It’s outrageous to be charged $15 for two small blizzards $.89 a piece for extra toppings and not receive extra toppings. This particular location is notorious for this and to be honest with you. I feel like that should be considered theft if you are charging customers extra money for extra toppings and not providing that that is stealing, we just left this location and literally got a cup full of vanilla ice cream and at the top just toppings this is so annoying. I’m typically not want to complain about the fast food industry because I understand that most of the individuals working in facilities like this don’t care about their jobs or what they’re doing with the food and I really working there because they are in need of the income and often times are either young or older adults who have difficulty finding better opportunities, but this is the last time we’ll be ordering anything from this location. This is not the first time we’ve had to deal with this and I’m pretty sure we’re not the only customers that deal with this. I’m really annoyed that we spent that much money on two blizzards and the extra toppings to not get what we paid for if you’re not gonna give people what they pay for don’t charge them that’s theft.

Usually they are honest. Usually good experience but not this time. I asked how the lunch specials go and do they have chicken stripes lunch he said yes it come ls in a 3 piece, 4 piece and something else. I said I will take the 4 piece lunch well guess what found out that’s a lie after paying and looking at the receipt. I go back and question again and he said the lunch only comes in a 3 piece. Well keep your lunch it’s not worth $9 if I can’t get a drink to wash down your saltless dry fries

Went through the dive through on my way home. Ordered burgers and drink. They didn’t listen when asked for light ice in my drink. It had all ice and very little drink. I asked them to fix the drink and got an attitude. After receiving the food and leaving, when I went in the bag to get the straw and napkins there wasn’t any.

I’ve stopped in here several times in the past few weeks and the service is great. The guy that was on the front counter (I believe he’s a manager) was super friendly and helpful. Very nice guy!

Ordered a four piece chicken strip basket, received what looked like chicken nuggets. So I would say I received a two piece chicken strip basket. For the price paid, not too happy.

It took about 10 minutes for my banana split. When I got it, there was only chocolate, vanilla ice cream, and a banana. Still good quality. Just missing the pineapple and strawberries, so I was a little disappointed. Everything else was fine.

I always order the salads from here but unfortunately I just paid $7.69 before tax for salad served in a banana split container with no bacon and no cheese. I used to purchase 2 or 4 salads daily now its a rip off to pay $8 for a salad in a banana split container I will no longer purchase salads if this is how its going to be . This is a joke to the consumers.

I absolutely love Gainesville, GA DQ! We just moved here from a town not having a DQ. I always purchase the $7.00 cheeseburger with an upgrade to a chocolate brownie blizzard. Love that country music is played!
