If I could give zero stars, I would.
The experience my boyfriend and I had at Bow & Arrow was shocking and completely unacceptable. We were visiting family back home, and this has always been his favorite wing spot. He had talked it up forever and was excited for me to finally try it.
As he finished his beer, he suddenly pulled a large shard of glass from his mouth, along with several smaller pieces that had been stuck to the roof of his mouth. This came directly from the inside glass.
We immediately informed the waitress, who brought over security. After waiting around for 10 minutes, security took his name and number and collected the shard. No one explained what was happening, no one checked on him, and no one showed even basic concern.
Instead, management tried to force him to pay the entire tab, claiming that “nothing happened” and that the shard was “probably plastic.” That is absolutely false, plastic does not chip, shine, or fracture like glass. Anyone with eyes can see that in the photos.
We understandably refused to pay. The tribal police ultimately stepped in and paid the tab themselves because management refused to act with any courtesy, accountability, or empathy.
Now, we are left monitoring his stool for the next 2-3 days to make sure his internal organs weren’t damaged from ingesting glass. This is not minor. This is a serious health risk.
For anyone going here: watch your glasses closely. They stack them, they chip, and apparently no one takes responsibility when something goes horribly wrong.
This whole ordeal took 2 1/2 hours to finally be resolved, taking our leisure time that was supposed to be spent spending more money on the gambling floor. No one apologized for the situation and did not acknowledge the mistake that was made.
Extremely disappointing and handled in the worst way possible.

My go to spot before going to an event at the Sun or just spending the day gambling. .99 cent wings and $4 domestic drafts in this economy? Yes please! Not to mention they have 2 top notch servers in Amie and Elise.I notice the difference in service when I don’t get them.

We stayed at Mohegan Sun last week and visited Bow and Arrow twice. The beer was cold and they have excellent wings. Great place to stop and have a drink and some snacks. Service was good, friendly and prompt. Lots of TV screens to watch your favorite sports. Will definitely go back next time we are at Mohegan Sun

Excellent service. Our waitress was amazing effective and worked the whole floor by herself. Order accuracy and service was TOP NOTCH.. MUST GET WINGSS TO DIE FOR .99 each minimum 6. The wings are big & juicy. Extremely filling. Definitely be back.

Lots of large TV screens. Great Bartenders. Great Wings, Philly cheese steak egg rolls and just about everything on the menu. If setting at the bar you can play video games and get free drinks . Great atmosphere to watch your favorite teams

Host was nasty, rude, lacked customer service skills and needed her alcohol fix in the late evening hours. We never had this issue coming here and always enjoyed it up until now. Never will i step foot in this place again. She didn’t even want to seat us or ask if we were eating there as i was the first one in line and insisted on taking the person behind me. She had a smart remark when asked “how long was the wait” which is a legit question to ask since we saw how busy it was. We didn’t mind if there was a wait at all and expected since it was the weekend however what should have been a simple answer turned into a smart remark to say there’s no wait that’s why I’m here (snippy demeanor) and insisted to take the person behind me instead of asking if we wanted to be seated. If there’s no wait then they shouldn’t need you there if that’s the case. We should just seat ourselves then, No? In my opinion you don’t deserve to be a host since you are suppose to be the face of the company but instead you should have been in the back, hidden. People like her make using a McDonalds kiosk VERY enjoyable. Whatever is going on at home that you don’t have control of please leave that BS at home and not towards the customers. Management needs to correct the attitude of this particular individual since she stereotypes which individual she wants to be seated. We definitely rubbed her the wrong way for whatever reason. Probably thought we weren’t going to tip but she was clearly wrong since we actually tip over the amount wherever we go! upon reading other comments, Definitely believe the other negative comments. I opted to spend my money elsewhere and definitely will tell others to never eat there esp with the post before mine on broken glass in their food. Just shows what kind of establishment it is when they told the last customer it was a piece of plastic and not glass. Regardless it’s still NOT edible dummy.

The chicken wings are super affordable and are amazing! We tried the garlic parm, Asian BBQ, and mild Buffalo chicken wings. I didn’t care for the Buffalo at all. For me it was all spice and no flavor. The Asian BBQ and garlic parm were awesome! My new favorite spot at Mohegan now.

(Last visited 10/17/2021.) Once upon a time we heard some great things about the Bow & Arrow Sports Bar and now that we’re here at the Mohegan Sun Casino, it’s time to check it out! Here’s how it went.
Atmosphere/Appearance: I couldn’t even tell you what part of the casino this place is in, but it shouldn’t be hard to find, just look or ask around. It’s a pretty big, completely open sports bar. There are no walls blocking you from the giant wall of TVs and high top tables, only the wrap around exterior rail seating. I think that’s pretty cool. It’s the ultimate open concept. It was decently busy in here due to it being a Sunday with lots of football on. It was very, very busy and we had to put our names on a waitlist. First come, first served. We were able to snag 2 seats at the exterior rail, which is actually just outside of the restaurant, but faces inward. There’s still service out there and everything.
Service: I can’t remember the name of the young lady who took care of us, but she was awesome. She was funny, sweet, personable and clung to us like she needed the breath of fresh air, which is what we are. Lol.
Food: So we heard the wings here were some of the best in the area… not in just the casino, but the entire surrounding area. I was able to try 4 of their sauces. First up was their Thai Peanut. Before we even get to the flavors, we have to discuss how huge the wings were. Like, they were gigantic. Easily a 10 on the Weavi Wing Score (if you’re unfamiliar with that, you should check out my YouTube channel, The Hungry Road). So the wings are slightly breaded, but a better term would be “dredged”. Not full-on coated in breading, but just dredged in flour to add a bit of crunch and crispiness. So, the flavor, fantastic. Very peanut-y, decently salty with a good taste of Asian chilies. Next up was Buffalo. It wasn’t a traditional Buffalo flavor, but it wasn’t terribly hot, but had a great creamy, buttery, vinegary flavor. Next up was the Dry Jerk Rub. This was my 2nd favorite flavor of the evening. The skin was so crispy and the seasoning was excellently salty and had a great blackened/Cajun flavor as well. Lastly, my favorite and hottest flavor on the menu, the Flaming Arrow Ghost Chili Sauce. This was fantastic. I remember it having an orange-ish hint of flavor, but POWERFUL heat. Nothing I couldn’t handle, but barely. It made my mouth water, made me drink water and challenged me. I love it.
Value: Ready for this? Each wing… is… $0.99 all the time. No deals, no special days, no nothing. Always $0.99 and you have to get at least 6 wings per flavor. Probably the best value food in the entire casino.
In conclusion, I’m a little mad we haven’t returned here since! These wings are worth driving 45 minutes for. Make sure you check this place out if you’re in the casino!

They have huge screens for games.
They have limited items on the menu. Basically, it is a bar food. Snacks like fries and pretzels were ok. The beer was cold and inexpensive. The place was not clean. Service wasn’t great. It was seated yourself kind of bar but it took a while for someone to notice us. Service was slow. They were there just to take your order and bring your food out. Probably they were tired from working on the busy Saturday. But it is ok if you want to watch the football game for hours, then you have all the time you need to wait for the service.
