Me and my wife just grabbed our food from the drive thru. We both got bigger plates. One was 2 orders of orange chicken and an order of honey sesame chicken. The other was orange chicken bejing beef and kung pou chicken. Both orders are missing one of the entrees. We also got an order of cream cheese Rangoon’s and they didn’t give us the sauce that usually comes with it.

I like this spot it’s close to work but it a hit and miss. I like the sesame chicken. But they serve very little protein. Happens like 3-5 times. I decided to get the “beef” & broccoli this time as well. And I got basically all broccoli. I don’t know if it’s just a drive thru problem. Had to take a picture because it happens way to often.

Worst Panda location in El Paso, lazy staff, slow service, lack of items. I’m pretty sure they close at 10:30 PM not 8:30 PM. So why is it after 8:30 they half nothing left? I’ll tell you why, cuz they hire lazy employees who stop making food after 8:30. Food is always inconsistent as well. It’s a joke that you allow this level of incompetence to represent your business. Do better. I’m tired of going to this location and they’re out of everything.

They always stop making food an hour before they close and tell people they are not making anything new. They tried to serve me a mix of different chickens and it would have been a total of three small pieces an hour before closing. This isn’t the first time I encounter this issue at this location. Don’t waste your time at this panda, spend your money elsewhere.

Worst experience Panda Express experience. My family and I decided to stop and grab dinner. Ordered 3 bowls (rice & literally 4 thin slices of teriyaki chicken and the other order was rice and orange chicken a whopping 5 small pieces of chicken). We basically paid for rice that’s it. Today at around 12:56pm I went to this location to order my food and waited behind a white truck for over 10 minutes. I got frustrated and decided to go inside the Panda Express just to find out they gave my order to someone else. They took 3 minutes trying to find my order but I saw them give my bag of food to the guy in the white truck already. Not to mention by the time I walked inside the guy with the white truck was still at the window. Doing what? I have no clue. They wasted my time and gas horrible experience. I have sent corporate a complaint about this location. I forgot to mention also they gave me hard rice (look at the picture) disgusting. 99% broccoli and no beef wth. Get it together it’s fast food not a 5 star restaurant.
Gave this same location another try (Oct 3, 2023 @11:05) and found a hair. Please wear hair nets at all times it’s not rocket science. Such a disappointment once again.

Waited about 10 minutes at the front of the line, no acknowledgment or even a glance. Then got greeted with a “We’ll be right with you” by the manager who was completing doordash orders and would help them out even though we got there first. Then another 10 minutes went by and finally got helped by the boy at the register; as soon as we were helped the manager then helped the people behind us. I would understand if they were slammed but it was a very manageable line. Good was good though

I visited this location during the buisest time and I was amazed at how friendly the staff was. The dining area was a little messy which was understandable given the rush, but once an employee was free to clean she came by apologized for the state of things anx offered to take my tray for me. Top tier staff.
