Amazing all the way around. The service was great from everyone, happy faces and eager to help out. As someone who loves authentic Mexican, this places was astounding. The food came out quickly and nice and hot. They cater to pups on the patio as well. The patio is small and fills up fast, so keep that in mind when stopping by for a delicious fulfilling meal. Heather was super sweet, informative, and attentive. We got the trio dip for an app, the brisket enchilada and the canjeos quesa- birra. Both were loaded with meat that melted in your mouth. 10/10 all the way around. Side note, we also got meet an owner Bobbi, he was super great and really cares about bringing great service and even better food to the table. All of which can be seen in this establishment! Can’t wait for other locations to open up

Stopped in for lunch based on the reviews, and I can confidently say they did not lie. Everything we ordered was amazing.
The fish tacos were on point — the coleslaw on top took them to a solid 10/10. The brisket enchiladas were really good; the red sauce was slightly better than the green, but both were absolutely delicious. They also had pulled pork flautas on special, and they were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly.
Highly recommend stopping here — we’ll definitely be back!

First time visiting this spot and it was a great find. Its not particularly close to us but saw it driving by and gift we would give it s go and we weren’t disappointed. Service was great and prompt, very pleasant waitress and hostess. We had the chorizo fundido that was very good, chips and salsa also great. We tried the birria and mexican cheese steak that were both wonderful. The kids had the tacos carbon and were saying how great it was. Overall wonderful experience and food. We will be back.

This place was DELISH! Super crowded on a Friday night but probably just about a 20 minute wait. We had the Dippin Trio for an appetizer, Mango Fish Tacos and Cheesesteak for our entrees, and Margaritas and Coco Locos for drinks. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, service was wonderful, and the atmosphere is tasteful and unique. My only issue is just that they need to make this place bigger for how popular it is! We will be back for sure.

The food was tender, beautifully spiced, and artfully presented—a true feast for both the eyes and the palate! The drinks were sumptuous, and the dessert was flawless—a perfect 10/10. Every aspect—from the cuisine to the atmosphere to the service—radiated care, warmth, spirit and refined excellence! Amazing experience at Conejos Tex-Mex Cantina! The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, and the service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and fast. The food was full of flavor and tasted fresh and authentic. Portions were generous, and everything we tried was delicious. Great spot for Tex-Mex and margaritas. We are in town for a special trip for our son and found Conejos with great reviews. Bobby greeted us kindly and assisted us in bringing in a very large 125 year old musical instrument that needs consistent temperature and could not sit in our car while we dined. Becky served us with a friendly, efficient, relaxing way that allowed us to take a breath and enjoy. The food was amazing! The fajitas fed both of my Texas bred men who raved over the flavor while I enjoyed the shrimp tostada’s. They were light, refreshing, a meld of flavors. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Its a shame we dont live here because we’d be a weekly visit at least. Thank you Bobby and Becky for making our experience fulfilling and enjoyable.

Everything was fantastic! Chips and salsa are free, but we opted to get the dip trio as well so we could taste the gringo bean dip, guacamole, and green chile queso. We had the green chile chicken enchiladas and the carnitas street tacos. We also had the coco loco margarita and the fire & ice margarita.

Hands down one of the very best places that I have eaten at in a long time, family atmosphere great food reasonably priced they make you feel at home the moment you walk up to the door sometimes before you even get inside, they are greeting you and making you feel at home. Definitely will be on my list of go to places on a regular basis. Haven’t tried the weekend brunch yet, but after reviewing the brunch menu, I’m looking forward to doing that!

I read all the negative reviews and had to try it for myself. I grew up in Mexico and after eating there with my friend, we were actively making dinner plans for the same night. The food was very tasty with flavors of germs n spices exploding in my mouth. The queso is not your typical cheese out of a can. It is Mexican cheese with spices, light n creamy. I think for those who shared these negative reviews must be competitors because I don’t normally leave reviews but this is to good not to share with others. Thank you for the positive exierience!
