All of our dishes are made from scratch, and we’ve served countless happy customers since we first opened our doors in 2008. Our second location in Pocatello, ID opened in 2012. It’s a fast and busy spot. We arrived at 5:30 on a Saturday, we got a table without a wait, but 20mins later it was completely full. Service was very fast and attentive. Large portions, and chips with salsa and bean dip when we were seated.

The parking lot was full for Mother’s Day dinner. We were seated quickly and the service by Jorge was great. The food was great. Mariachi for Mother’s Day was a nice addition. We will plan our trips between Washington and Utah to include El Caporal.

We had a nice dinner, the food was good. The chips and salsa were ok, the chips are bland and salsa was hot, the bean dip was good. The servers were great and on the spot. I paid by cash and they brought me the bills back did not provide the change. The restaurant rooms were clean.

This place is REALLY fantastic. I drive a semi truck all over the U.S. and this Mexican restaurant has really knocked it out of the park. Food was very good and a lot of it. They sure aren’t skimpie on the portions. Trust me you won’t be disappointed eating here..
