The quality is exceptional. The ribs are of a caliber that would be competitive in any culinary contest. I was particularly impressed with the outstanding service and the amiable demeanor of the staff. The cuisine is superb, and I anticipate returning in the near future. I had been here before over a year ago then I heard they were under new management and had a new cook. I saw people saying it was much better now so I had to come in and see for myself especially since it’s so close to my job. I love ribs. I came in here with my mouth watering ready to tear up some ribs. Unfortunately I was super disappointed. The ribs were not good they had more of a smokey flavor than the grilled flavor that I love and no seasoning.Also they were short ribs but they charged same price as regular ribs.I had ordered baked beans as one of my sides and they were the worst. They taste like can pork and beans with a lot of pepper and a tad of BBQ sauce. I also had the loaded mash potatoes and they were not great but they were the best part of the meal. I gave Dickeys a second chance but unfortunately it will be the last time

You forgot my baked beans and the barbecue for both pulled pork sandwiches. This is strike 3. Never ordering from here again. It’s dry and completely inedible. Oh and ITS NOT EVEN PULLED PORK!

This place is a disgrace to the Dickey’s brand. Please don’t visit this location. They served me food scraps, even worse they charged me money to take out their trash. The turkey was beyond burnt. The 2 pieces of brisket they gave me were inedible. One was a big chunk of the fat cap and the other was a slice of bland over-cooked brisket…hard as a rock. It all went in the trash. Normally use get a roll or some bread… nothing. The highlight was the fried okra. The owner was friendly, but lacks any standards and puts profit before quality. You’ve been warned, spend your money elsewhere!

Got the two meat plate to go; portions were fine, service prompt and courteous, atmosphere as expected. I was very disappointed when I opened my meal back at my desk and discovered they passed off chuck roast as sliced brisket. Priced a little on the higher side (Bridge Street rent and overhead) for take out BBQ and then using cheaper cuts while advertising something else, I won’t be back. And before anyone asks how I knew, I’ve been eating brisket for more than half a century. Also, a couple co-workers took a look and came to the same conclusion.

We ordered from Dickey’s Barbecue Pit through DoorDash because our vehicle had issues and we weren’t able to drive over (only 1.8 miles away). Delivery took about 30 minutes, which was fine. The food arrived with utensils, but it was room temperature—not hot. We reheated everything in the microwave, and it still turned out tasty. Not a perfect delivery experience, but Dickey’s food held up well and hit the spot. We’d happily order again!

Served me two pieces of old disgusting sausage that is BLACK on the outside. There is not a soul here which speaks volumes about this place when you read the reviews. This place looks like it’s on the brink of death. Drink machine serves warm flat soda that tastes awful. We won’t be back ever again.

I visited this place like 6 years ago and that first time I was unhappy they didn’t show customer service and food was nasty that was my first and last time going right? WRONG i went again 6 years later because it was all through my TikTok and FB how its under new management and its better so I said lets go and all I can say is the meat guy was nice and took his time the side chick lol the lady that does the sides and help the meat guy out was nice and communication was there and last the cashier she was on it making sure I didn’t leave without my 10 wings that was freshly dropped to cook good work team good work I will be back
