The staff is so welcoming and efficient. The security guard at the door greeted us and helped us roll my mom’s wheelchair with ease.
Their fried chicken is amazing and love how they can split a bucket with spicy & orginal bucket. With their chicken being so good, I tried their burger–that did not disappoint! The only glitch in the service was that they kept running out of mac & cheese, but it was definitely worth the wait!
There is ample parking, but it’s a shared parking lot with other locations, with a busy hospital across the street.
Noticeably, the staff keeps the dining area VERY clean. There wasn’t a sign of any longstanding trash on tables or stacked trays.

This Jollibee is a joke. We ordered online through door dash and the workers don’t even care what is on the receipt. We got original chicken bucket and they sent spicy, and then we had the order resend and they sent the same thing again! Carelessness of these employees without checking the order. It isnt door dashes fault since it’s sealed and they are only a delivery service. No number on Google or website to reach out to troubleshoot. Never order delivery from this location. EVER.

The food is excellent, as always, but the best part of this location is absolutely the service. From the very first time we came here, we have experienced nothing but exceptional care and professionalism. Vanessa and her team are incredibly accommodating and patient with us. We usually arrive with a full group of basketball players, so you can imagine the noise and chaos that comes with that. Yet they handle us with kindness, efficiency, and a smile every single time.

I drive pretty far to go to this particular location. Stef, Gemma and Grace, when there, are pleasant, kind and my orders are always processed quickly, accurately and with a smile. This location is kept clean which I only attribute to Stef and Gemma leadership skills. For me to drive a good 35 min to go to this location when I have a location 10 min away from me, means something about how I feel when going to this location.
