We enjoyed our evening outing to Applebee’s. Our server Emma was fantastic. We were dining on a tight budget but wish we could have left Emma more. She was great and very attentive to our needs. The food was good although I felt the Chicken Parmesan was a bit dry. The restaurant was clean and attractive. Overall, we’d go again, and again, and again.

Not to bad. Food was pretty good. Waitress was very attentive. The manager even came around asking how everything was. At the end of the meal it got a little loud in there so we got our food to go.

Food was a disappointment. Went with the grand babies. 2 year old ordered Mac and cheese and it came in a bowl that was pretty much broiler hot. Literally kraft Mac and cheese, not breaded adult level mac and cheese you might expect that with. Had to keep her from grabbing it and serve it on a separate plate. Waitress slapped the mashed taters down in front of the 7 month old within her reach. No real thought put into it.
Boneless Buffalo Chicken wings were literally frozen chicken nuggets.t Tomato soup was room temp.
Not a great expience, but the grand babies were fun as always.

Updated 12/26/24: not really anything new to add besides saying I appreciated them accommodating us tonight. It was a family members bday and my 2 yr old daughter and 4 yr old neice wanted to do ice cream cake after dinner. We asked if it was alright to bring our own cake and they said absolutely and offered us plates and extra silverware and offered to come out and sing still. They just said they can’t light candles because it’s a fire hazard( which was completely fine) had wonderful food tonight and a good time with the family. The kids were happy, they even brought over extra crayons for the girls.
Right now this is our favorite place to go. The food is always good, service is always prompt and friendly. My 18 month old daughter enjoys going here, they are always super child friendly. And the kids menu is pretty good. She’s tried almost everything on the kids menu. It can be really busy but we usually go on Thursdays and it’s not bad. It’s usually fairly quiet and the food comes fast. I haven’t been to an Applebee’s anywhere other than the Auburn massachusetts one since moving to MA. So I can’t say the same for service and atmosphere everywhere but I imagine the food is probably decent everywhere.

The waiter showed up twice, the food showed up after an hour of waiting for it, the drinks were filled once after waiting for the food, one hour!!! The food arrived luke warm!!! And felt like it sat in the back quite a while!!! I was there with 2 of my friends, and their food was nothing to write about either!!! I will not go back to Applebee’s, Supposedly the manager was supposed to check in with us!! No show!! I had a burger meal, my friends had chicken meals, we were there on a Friday December 19th,

Great food at reasonable prices. Service was good, restaurant and restrooms were kept clean.
Ordered Artichoke dip and chips and the chips was stale. There were 2 other tables besides ours that the waitress was serving at the same time but took her over 15 minutes to check back and at that point, our meal was being served so that defeated its purpose as I was wanting to enjoy my appetizer first now I have to take it to go. She did bring more chips and dip but we barely touched it as our food was served. We ordered the chicken penne pasta which was really good as I highly recommend it.

One of the best chain restaurant’s hands down.Cant never go wrong so many good options for food and drinks . The prices are very reasonable I could eat here at least five times a week if I was allowed.

Entrees were meh, appetizers were really good. Service took a while and walked away several times when we were trying to ask for things, they apologized several times and cited they were understaffed, but were also forgetful on a lot of smaller things such as missing the breadsticks of pasta dishes. We had to return one of the pasta dishes because it was extremely watery.
