My husband ordered the Parmesan Garlic Chicken Wings, but unfortunately the food was not fresh at all. The wings had a bad, rotten smell and tasted spoiled, which made them completely inedible. The fries, onion rings were also soggy and cold. Very disappointed with the quality of the food definitely not what we expected. Never going back again.

It gets a one star overall because the food was that bad. The fries were ice cold and sporadically sprinkled with dry rub, definitely no tossing or mixing. The boneless wings were cold and barely had sauce, they gave me more sauce for them. And the Asian zing cauliflower wings, my go-to order, were bitterly burned. They tasted terrible and after a couple tries, I just boxed them up. Overall terrible food and they only took off the boneless wings which I had rewards for anyway. No discount or acknowledgement of the crappy food that I didn’t even eat. Oh and I can’t fill out an official complaint because the website isn’t letting me open it

Atmosphere was perfectly fine. Now let’s get to the nitty-gritty. First off….servers were more worried about tips being cleared into their buckets than service. After I got my beverage, it took the server ten minutes, after I tried to flag him down, for a menu.
Now….the food: 6 boneless Cajun wings. It took twenty minutes for them and they came out colder than it is outside.

Went with my wife and daughter and had to wait a few minutes which was fine. Today was a little more on the busy side which was great for the company. Our server/waitress’s name was Brooklyn. She introduced herself and took our drinks order. I normally ask for my drinks to keep coming because I drink so much. Not alcohol. Just sodas. Anyway, she brought me two to start which was phenomenal. She brought my wife’s and daughters’ drinks as well. She then took our order and everything was perfect. We got our appetizers and enjoyed them and I kept getting more drinks. She kept coming back every time we needed refills and made sure we were ok and saw if we needed something else. If we did it was always brought in an extraordinary amount of time. All of this and multiple tables…and the busy bustling atmosphere. She kept up and then some. I asked for the check and she brought it, got my wife’s rewards handled, and then I asked for a manager. He was busy, but about five minutes later he and Brooklyn came over to the booth and I explained how we usually have either crappy service or plain mediocre service. Not tonight. Brooklyn may have done her job to a T but it felt like she went above and beyond. We thank Brooklyn and the B-Dubs team here in Sioux Falls. Keep up the EXCELLENT work! To the people above the manager at the South Highline Place, here in Sioux Falls, SD, please, please make sure Brooklyn and the other wonderful waitresses/servers are taken care of and hopefully, receive some raises. If you’re looking for a great night at B-Dubs I highly recommend this one and make sure you ask for Brooklyn’s section!

There is a female server named Amanni who did not give us our appetizer we ordered firstly. Secondly, it took over 25 minutes to get our food and she did not check up on us one time. When we finally got the bill it took another 25 minutes at least for her to cash it and give us our money back. Do not recommend.

After having a horrible experience at the BDubs on Louise, these guys KILLED IT! Trey was our waiter and he was absolutely amazing. So sweet and took our orders right away. Our food was ready within MINUTES, and they offered us complementary cocktails after telling them about our experience across town. They saved our anniversary dinner and we can’t wait to spend many more date nights to come at this location. We can’t thank you guys enough for your kindness and hospitality. You guys rock!❤️

Update: Still flys bothering us this most recent visit. Service and food was good.
We have been here a couple of times and both were decent experiences. First visit was 5 star second was 3 star (for an average of 4). The most recent visit they didn’t have a hostess and we waited 5 minutes to be seated. There were flys bugging us most of the visit. The French fries they served were from the bottom remnants. Our waitress did a nice job.

This place is in a decent location. The outside looks pretty nice but that’s the only good things you will read about my experience. One of my spicy garlic wings had a piece of long white glue on it. I added a picture of the wing with glue on it to this review that was disgusting. Also every time I order from this location I get super cold wings. Chicken is a meat you don’t want to undercook or let it sit out too long come on that is common sense. I don’t know why they can’t seem to give you warm wings but they don’t. Sometimes they don’t put enough sauce on the wings and other times they drown the wings with sauce. The staff here are not the friendliest from my experience. It is usually a 40+ minute wait to get your food even when the place is dead which is most of the time. I do not recommend this location and I most likely will not be back.

Ordered to go food today. The wings and fries were COLD!! Hard to bite. They weren’t fresh at all. It sucks to see this is a ongoing issues from other reviews on here and to see it continues with no changes shows this place has poor management!! They dont fix the problem because they dont care. Careful ordering to go orders here!
