4 stars on the food, mainly due to the OMCheeseburger… There was very little queso on any of the 3 that we ordered at our table! My partner and I tried these at another location and were very impressed. So, we had recommended the burger to another couple… But we were all left a little unimpressed with that aspect. Burgers were still great, I would just recommend more queso, seeing as that is the entire marketing aspect of this meal.

We had our work Christmas Party tonight. There was a group of 10. We had Garrett as our server. He was amazing!!! We had so much fun with him. Some of the girls couldn’t remember his name and he laughed the whole time and just went with it. It became a game with him. He is a very hard worker. You need more people just like him!!

Impressive service across the couple visits made here this month alone, while the atmosphere is relaxed it’s a fine feeling to combat the blistering heat ongoing though preferably would like a cool breeze. The service was quite good as both Keira and Kaysha were quite engaging much more than the average server allowing for satisfactory small talk enriching the experience demonstrating excellent management of the fast-paced environment. The food overall across both services was delightful despite my interest in ribs/riblets decreasing a bit during my first visit as the kitchen served a burnt portion but was quickly remedied to where I’d advise to simply consume the Chicken Tenders and Boneless Wings should you pursue the AYOC Promotion going forward as even the “fresh” set was lacking personally. Now while I cannot control the natural disturbance of flies flocking around us mid-meal, things like this make it difficult to give 5* but I will say this.

Had a slight issue with my food. It was addressed immediately. The manager and staff worked tremendously fast to solve this issue. At the end of the day I was very satisfied with the outstanding service I received. Thank you!

This visit was for lunch. We stopped in and we were seated immediately. Our server was great and attentive. We ordered the lunch combo and pickle fries. All was delicious, only thing was the salt was a little much on the pickle fries but was easily brushed off to our liking. Overall great visit and we will be back again in the future.

Jenna H has no business being a waitress. Customer service is not her forte. Blackened shrimp was not blackened whatsoever and sautéed zucchini and squash was steamed. Jenna was quite rude in dealing with issues and resorted to the manager to resolve which was also lackluster. Used to be a decent establishment though traveling 40 minutes for this won’t happen again. Go elsewhere

Probably one of the best Applebee’s out there. (Honestly. We have only tried one other) Flavorful food, even if it’s not the best quality. In the neighborhood, would miss it it’d it was gone.

I came here with my gf and an old co-worker to catch up and had a great time. I ordered bourbon street chicken and shrimp which was great, and had long island iced teas and margaritas, but the server Lisa really made the experience. She was friendly and funny, shared a good part of her life story with us and kept us entertained.
