If you specify light ice and even ask again at the pickup window, be sure to check for yourself. The lemonade tasted like barely sweetened water and the cup was 3/4 full of ice. We drove through to sample the steak bites. Won’t be back. When you ask for light ice at Chik fil e you actually get light ice. This cup of ice water cost $2.39.

The staff was amazing… Kind, courteous, and relatable. This extended to their interactions with each other. The respect given all around makes me want to make a video showing others how to build great teams. It was great to walk into a fast food restaurant late at night to find the place clean and organized.

I placed my order and I asked for no.Ice in my drink.I received a drink with ice when I told the person at the window.She looked like she wanted to say something.Smart took the drink back closed the window.So hard to wear it.Bounce back open and then she says, i’m ready to go home. Then, when she gives me my food she says have a good day. Luckily, I check my bag and I was missing the mozzarella sauce for my mozzarella sticks and peach cobbler egg rolls, which, when I waved her down and told her they were missing.She was like, oh I was about to tell you they’re coming up. She clearly did not want to be at work.And her attitude was not hospitable at all.

I was out with a friend running errands late yesterday when I started feeling bad. I knew I was a diabetic issue, because I hadn’t eaten anything all day, And when that happens, I also start having cardiac issues. I convinced my friend to pull into Arby’s in Daphne, knowing eating something would get my blood sugar back up. The young gentleman that took my order could tell something wasn’t right, especially after overhearing me joking to my concerned friend “I don’t want to be that guy that died in Arbys”. Now that Arby’s employee was genuinely concerned, He was so helpful, he even went and got my condiments for me. I wish I caught the guy’s name. All I know is he had some kind of dreadlock thing going on, but service like that is rare folks, and I wanna thank that Gentleman for being so attentive and helpful. After eating my meal, I got.to feeling much better, and even though he could tell that I was feeling better, He even went over and beyond to bring me a bag to put leftover food in to take home. It’s

Ordered on arbys app. When I arrived they informed me that their shake machine was down and that they could not refund my money and I would have to call their 800#. I called the number and the guy stalled for 15 minutes gathering basic info before hanging up on me without saying a word. They lost a loyal customer tonight over $10.
