I am from out of town and a friend took me here for Monday Funday. For those not in the know they have like half off specials on the majority of their menu. It was awesome. Abigail took great care of us, anticipated our needs, and knew the menu inside and out. A great experience… Oh yeah the food was great too.

Really good appetizers and sushi. We had chips and queso, edamame and crab wontons. Spicy tuna and salmon rolls for our entree and a burger which was really really good. The beef was wellwell seasoned and the fries are coated to provide extra crunch. Excellent experience.

Went here for their 1/2 off sushi rolls while my family was in town. Food was delicious, service was great. Place was a little small but they did a great job with fitting as many tables as possible. We will definitely be back.

Sloane is the absolute best. She is our amazing waitress. My parents, my fiance and I came here this evening. We come here all the time but it’s because of two reasons- Sloane and the tasty food. I am so grateful I live in charleston so i can experience locals every day of the week. Sloane makes us feel so welcomed and also suggests the best rolls, drinks and apps to get, My fiance Harrison, and I love to come here. My bestfriend Katie and I love to come here as well. 100/10 service if I could. We absolutely love this place.

Yesterday my friend and I went out for sushi. We usually sit at the bar because the bartender always gives us excellent service. This time he was very busy, so we sat at a table. A waitress took our order, but after our food arrived, we didn’t see her again. We would have liked to order more drinks and sushi, but we weren’t able to. Overall, we enjoy this restaurant very much, but the service on this occasion could have been better.

I had this place with my bf last year and it was so horrible food had no flavor got their sushi was dry no flavor. My bf said the only half decent tasting thing was his nachos and even those were just sad in size and taste. The service and quality of food here was so bad I paid and left NO tip because the wait staff was too busy talking and hanging out with other customers we sat on patio even the live music was a joke for the price I paid here it was so bad when WE left we were mad at the price for the quality of food we went to the pizza place diagonally over from them and was the best pizza and food and so decent price DO NOT EAT here may be a tourist place but need to fix staff attitudes and prices for quality it was my first and my last NEVER AGAIN

Locals in Mt. pleasant is the best location of all of them in my opinion. Although they are usually very busy, especially on the half sushi rolls day, they have a lot of indoor and offer outdoor seating. I also like that they have live music playing on Monday nights. We were able to snag a couple seats in the back and avoid the wait. They don’t take reservations so you want to get there at a decent time on Mondays.
My husband is gluten-free and he was able to order off of their gluten-free menu, which was really nice. The sushi here is pretty good quality, and we love to come here on Monday nights.
We inhaled our sushi rolls so I forgot to take any photos but I love the spicy salmon, mt. Pleasant roll and eel roll.

This was so diappointing. I look forward to having suhi from locals everytime I come to town. Yesterday I ordered take out and it was aweful. The tuna bites were trhow around in thebox so it was more a tuna mess instead of bite. The yellowtail nigiri looked like it had been sitting out for a while. And lastly the fire cracker roll was a dreid out fried roll that had been fried earlier in the day and I could not eat it.
