I ordered the SpongeBob whopper with a coffee through the mobile app. I got my order 10 minutes later than my pick up time, which was quite dissatisfying. They told me that the coffee was not available after I got my order, and offered to give me a drink instead. I didn’t mind, but it still would’ve been nice for it to show on the app. When I walked over to the dining area, it was very dirty. A lot of tables were dirty and disorganized. I sat and unwrapped my whopper, and to my horror, it did not look like the picture at all. It didn’t even come close to the look on the picture, and I wish I had taken a photo but I didn’t think that I would be writing this review. I thought that at least the drink would be nice, but the ice was so disgustingly gross that I had to throw it away. Overall, it was my worst experience at BK in my lifetime.

I’ve been at this BK a million times. Service is usually a hit or miss. However on my last visit I noticed that things seemed to be improving. Clean salon, friendly service and the staff seemed to be mostly managers (maybe they had a visit) either way my order came out super fast and with no mistakes.

I am a truck driver I tried to place an order at 5:30 am at the drive thru window and was turn away away by the manager. She told me I could not make my order because I did not have a car. I explained that I drive a semi truck and she would not take my order. This was very disappointing. She did not give me any options she just tried her best to not help.

I purchased from this Burger King 30 min ago and the service as well as the food is horrible. I ordered orange soda and they’re all flat I also ordered two chicken sandwiches and the chicken is super dry. The food is estable but not worth the price. I’ve been to other burger kings and the chicken sandwich is juice as it should be

Went to this location for the SpongeBob Theme menu as I was looking forward to posting about the experience. The whole experience was garbage and not because of the food, but because of the service. Got home with my food and realized I was given jalapeno poppers instead of the Mr. Krabs cheesy bacon bites; and a hershey pie instead of the Patrick Star berry pie. Instead of just informing customers that they are out of menu items, they are just giving you a substitute from the regular menu. That is such bull crap and terrible service. People are paying almost $20 for the Spongebob bundle. If you don’t have all of the menu items, just let the customer know before they pay. Don’t just replace it with something they didn’t ask for. Instead of posting about the Spongebob meal experience, it looks like I’ll be posting about the crappy experience at this BK location.

I went through the drive through to order my food with my four digit code like I do with any other burger king that I go to. At first I had to repeat the order several times to the booth to the man, assuming he was new, then I hear the manager claim “tell them to go to the window” so when we do the manager comes to the slide window being rude claiming that she needs to see the coupon and when I tell her that it’s a code she becomes even more rude saying “I have to see the code because I ain’t never ever heard of it in my life” so when we show her she said no and told us goodbye before slamming the window. It was the light skin manager with red braids in her hair.

Very clean, and the staff were very pleasant, clean appearance of the their uniform, and their cheery attitude made the 5 minute wait short lived and The fries were fresh and hot.

Why would they cook onion rings with my breakfast ?! This place always has bad food and bad service. I try to come back every couple months and same. They closed Miami subs next door this place needs to be next. Bring in quality owner/operator’s to the neighborhood.

I come here often — the staff is always friendly and the food is consistently well-prepared. This place could be a great restaurant.
However, there are a couple of issues that really need attention:
1. The drive-thru microphone has been broken for over two years. You literally have to yell your order — it’s frustrating and shouldn’t still be an issue.
2. In the mornings, there are sometimes homeless individuals sleeping inside the store. I understand times are tough, but this is a family establishment. It’s uncomfortable to bring my kids in when that’s going on.
With a little effort on those two things, this spot could easily be top-tier. Hope to see those changes soon.
