I typically love this Location but today, I went around 6:00pm to grab some dinner for my son, and the food quality was horrible. the Chicken Tenders were hard as a rock and here is the biscuit that we both received. I was already home before I realized how bad the food was tonight. Unacceptable for this location because they are one of the better Bojangles that I have visited.

I enjoy stopping by here when I need to grab a quick snack. Staff is friendly, inside is always clean and welcoming. I’ve ever had any issues with anyone and I appreciate the teamwork.

I frequent this restaurant quite often. When I went today, I got home, opened my cup to eat the ice and there was a BUG inside. I called the store and the only thing they wanted to do was make me a new drink and refund only the drink. Absolutely not.

The lady that took my order was aggressively pushy, as if the register would explode if she didn’t got my order in 20 seconds. The other employees looked to be miserable or depressed, one even snapped at the guy getting lemon for me. I left feeling stressed, thankfully the sweet tea was perfection and the butter biscuit was fabulous.

The most delightful lady is working at the window, I called to ask her name and the lady that answered the phone said her name was Maria.
She was very kind, smiling patient let me add something last minute at the window gave me the condiments, but also asked me if I wanted sugar or Splenda and was so so so sweet!!
I know it is so hard to work a job like that when you’re seeing so many people every day and she excels at her job such a smart attention to detail person

They always have hot, fresh food that tastes amazing! The biscuits are literally ALWAYS perfect. The service is also very good! Best Bojangles I’ve ever been to!

While waiting for my car to be inspected at Braxton tire, I crossed the street and was pleasantly surprised at the quick friendly service at this place. When many places only have drive up windows open, this Bojangles was fully operational and very clean!! Everyone wore masks and a sign at the front door said “Masks required to enter“. I was happy to see that!! A nice elderly woman walked around wiping tables as customers left. She placed a card on the table stating whether or not the table was available (cleaned) or not!! Great place to wait for your car to be repaired!! I will use this place again.

The cashier was not happy about being corrected on an item that he misheard and wanted to get a little mouthy. When he told the girl I wanted hash rounds instead of fries, she threw the bag and fries back into the rest of the fries. The bo berry biscuits were hard, so they were wasted.

Totally gross! Please fix the dark brown biscuit issue! Many of us do not want hard, brown bricks with our chicken. Have the folks in drive thru ask what type of biscuit we prefer?
